Ordering , delivery, was simple and on time .
The quality of the product is great.
Erecting needs two people following the instructions booklet was easy .
It took my wife and I about 90 minutes (retired couple) complete.
Would highly recommend company and product.

Customer service is awesome
Customer service is awesome. I had the need to contact on a few occasions and had an immediate response. Ian could not have been more helpful. We purchased a pergola and the quality is of really high standard. Some larger better known companies should take note of the brilliant customer service.

Outstanding. Literally blown away by the service, how fast Ian responded and the quality of the Pergola. Got the 3x4 nova titan and it is exceptional quality. By stroke of luck as well it turned up the same day that I ordered! I was so happy. Ordered at 8am it was in my garden by 4! I’m sure that was luck and not the norm not to set anyone’s expectations, but thank you!

OUR FANTASTIC NEW GLASS ROOM
We are absolutely thrilled with our new glass room which was supplied by Blakesleys. It looks absolutely fantastic, and the build quality is excellent. Ian was exceptionally helpful throughout the process, and Dan and Kal did a first class job in erecting the glass room with exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail. We truly could not have wished for anything better, so a big thank you to you all, and we would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Great service Blakeleys!
Item received well packaged and with two very polite couriers who carried the heavy,well packaged pergola to where I required it.Once assembled the Titan pergola is a very sturdy and aestheticly pleasing structure!!Thankyou Blakeleys for a great service,!!

A really friendly company to deal with…
A really friendly company to deal with and nothing seems to be a bother if you have any questions or you need something replaced. They are one of only a few companies to deliver things like my pergola to Northern Ireland. A big thumbs up to this company and the owner who’s called Ian.
