Service was great from start to finish. Kept informed all along, was given a delivery slot and received a call from delivery driver when they were 10 minutes away. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Fabulous service, thank you.

Great customer service experienced from Ian. Very prompt responses, which were very informative and helpful when choosing what pergola would best suit our purpose. Ian even arranged a speedy delivery for us at no extra cost. And we have received a very sturdy, good quality pergola. Overall extremely happy, highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again

I was delivered 2 from 5 items on the arranged day, the other 3 were not with the courier, the courier track system was very poor and no contact details to chase up where the other 3 items were.

House of tents were quick to try and rectify by resending. The new arrival date of the 12 was a quick turnaround however, again the courier is not contactable and the tracking system is flawed. I cannot see an ETA nor a confirmation that it is on route.

I bought a Titan 3m x 4m aluminium pergola from Blakesleys. It was competitively priced and arrived in a good time. The product is great quality and looks fabulous at the bottom of the garden.

Order & delivery were good. Loved the look of the furniture but sadly after only 1 year the rattan has started flaking. Whilst I appreciate it’s not guaranteed I would have expected it to last for longer than this & we’ll have to replace it far sooner than we wanted which is disappointing.
We sadly bought more of the same furniture earlier this year so I anticipate the same will happen to that.

Purchased a Nova Ciara corner dining set and so happy with my purchase and the great service I received from Blakesleys. The order process was seamless with quick delivery. The furniture looks great and is good quality. A small issue with a cushion was sorted swiftly and efficiently. A great company to deal with. Would recommend.

The actual rattan and cushions are nice hence the 2 stars, the covers are completely pointless-i cannot stress enough how much there is no point in buying these, they let even light rain through and went brittle and faded in the sun so cracked and let even more water in at the cracks. They lasted all of about 3 months. I complained at the time but was told they are not under any warranty. The main issue however is that I received the dining table with flawed glass in spring 2021, (rainbow coloured rough patch about 20inch long) photos sent through to Ian, was promised another table (this was due to be sent last summer), after chasing up Ian concluded that the table must have smashed and the courier didn't tell him and said the table was now not avaliable now untill next summer (so 2022) . I followed up at the start of summer, Ian said he would send one out, still have not received it this summer and it is now 1st September. The customer shouldn't have to chase up this much for a manufacturing fault, it appears to me that Ian is saying he will send it but is really just fobbing me off. I would much rather back in 2021 he just be honest and say he has no intention of sorting the issue which would have saved me having to send numerous emails.
