Lily and Shai were most courteous and pleasant when I arrived to pick up a blind that was left for repair. They were exceptionally knowledgeable when I asked questions pertaining to services for home measurements and fabric availability and styles. I plan on using them to finish my newly renovated home. I am never disappointed with their products or the competence and product knowledge of their staff. I feel that compared to other companies I have used, they provide superior service and great products.

We had an overall positive…
We had an overall very positive experience working with Blinds To Go. Our sales associate was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the options and helping us make the right selections for our home. The measuring appointment was also quick and easy, which made the process feel seamless at the start.
The only hiccup came during installation, when we learned that the original measurements did not account for properly concealing the motorization batteries. As a result, the installer had to place the batteries in a visible location, which unfortunately takes away from the clean look we were hoping for, especially given the premium investment we made in the motorized blinds.
That said, the installer was professional and did the best possible job under the circumstances, and we do love the functionality and overall quality of the blinds. With a bit more attention to detail during the measuring phase, the experience would have been excellent from start to finish.

Very helpful and thorough employee’s. Stuck to timeline of when order would be in which I appreciate. Charging to measure on an expensive order when you live in same town as the store is something I wish they would provide without a charge. I understand install but not to measure.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. From choosing blinds in the store, to measurements and installation in our home the process was easy and enjoyable. Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful and informative. We highly recommend Blinds to Go.

I used the store that’s located on RT 36 in Eatontown, Anjo and his crew were amazing! Anytime I called the store no matter who I spoke with. They were aware of my order and what was going on. The staff is so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable very easy to work with. If you’re planning on shopping with BLINDS TO GO I highly recommend taking the extra trip and using the story in eatontown you will not be unhappy!
