No complaints whatsoever. Everything went smoothly. The blinds came when they were supposed to and were installed quickly and efficiently. Staff in the store were knowledgeable and helpful.

Lots of choices
Lots of choices. Prices reasonable. Great warranty. My most recent order took a lot longer than normal, but with Covid, many manufacturers are short on materials and deliveries are backed up. Last January I had 5 motorized blinds installed in our family room. They are AWESOME.

Quality Issues
We ordered 13 blinds and many of them had to be sent back for various reasons. Cassettes were either the wrong size or the material covering was missing, material was incorrectly secured to cassette and was coming loose, chains were on the wrong side, blinds had marks on them and sides of blinds were cut poorly and fraying.
The service in the store was fantastic. They did not give us a hard time at all. They acknowledged all the issues, did not argue and sent them back to the factory to be replaced or corrected depending on the issue. These issues may be a COVID related issue due to reduced staff.

We had to have one of our blinds repaired. We were disappointed as the blind was only about a year old. Repair was quick and seems to be fine now
