The sales staff at the shop were very helpful and informative.
The fitting crew were the same, they arrived on time and did a very nice tidy job. They were also very good with their advice as to how and when to start the fridge. As a result it started perfectly and soon got down to working temperature.

We where told it was a good make, with 5 year guarantee we have only purchased it a couple of weeks and so far are delighted with the Intergrated Fridge/freezer the only problem we have as poorly fitted, but men where nice, just need them back to Re fit

Registering the warranty for my new washing machine was a nightmare.
I could not do it online and had to go to the the retailer who did manage it. The phone line was useless and kept circling me round BEKO assistants.
The machine itself is fine and I would give the retailer Kevin Farish five stars

The fridge is as good as I expected and meets all our requirements.
The one thing I am disappointed with is I only received a 3 year guarantee when I was told the fridge came with a 5 year guarantee.

good value, good internal layout, we labeled each drawer before plugging in, e.g. meat, fish, vegetables, chips, fruit, gluten free, etc. I am hoping it will last for about 12 to 15years.

I love my integrated washing machine from Blomberg. The door is a great size to get washing in and out.
The only thing I would have liked is a slightly longer quick wash program button .

The machine is fine. I DID have a problem fitting it into a bespoke space, from where a Bosch had been removed. Odd, I thought they were all the same size, but it seemed deeper and wider. The retailer and the website both promised a 5 year guarantee. Following the registration online, this seems to be so. On receiving a confirmation email, this was for 3 years! Many hours were spent on the phone, being passed around. I contacted the shop, they used a secret number, and said the best was to give a verbal confirmation of 5 years. I have emailed Teresa.Arbuckle@beko, had a noreply confirmation, BUT nobody has got back since. I WILL pursue this.

So far all working well. Great product. Sturdy and well made.

Bloomberg was recommended by the shop assistant having looked at a few other makes. We decided to take her advice and we haven’t been disappointed.
Really like both the fridge/ Freezer and the cooker.

Hob works well , only niggle is that the 6 temperature positions are neither illuminated or very clear, Realise after time familiarisation of positions will be less of an issue

We needed a replacement integrated washing machine within 48hrs. We wanted to shop local with preference for a Hotpoint model. Unfortunately our local shop (Morgans of Lossiemouth) could not get us a Hotpoint for several weeks and recommended a Blomberg integrated washing machine - with a 5 year warranty. We got this delivered & fitted within 48hrs. After a few days/weeks we have got used to the various wash cycles. The machine is very, very quiet. Very happy with our purchase,

The company installing the job were excellent and very satisfied with the work.

Pleased with purchase and quick reply to Guarantee registration.
Would have preferred a paper response as not good on emails.
