Extremely difficult registering guarantees,system appears designed to be user unfriendly. VIA THE TELEPHONE PASSED FROM HOTPOINT,TO GENERAL AND DOMESTIC (DO NOT PROCESS 5YEAR WARRANTY THROUGH EURONICS)THEN BLOMBERG WHO COULD NOT EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF GUARANTEE ,SO EVENTUALLY RE REGISTERING ON LINE TO ENABLE PROOF A FEW WEEKS LATER AS THEY COULD NOT CONFIRM REGISTRATION.
THIS REALLY NEEDS AMENDING.

I have been mildly surprised at the quality, features and price of this product. Just as good as a reputable big brand that would cost twice as much.

Excellent product, love the lights in the dishwasher would have given 5 stars but cutlery draw is a poor design unless you eat with kids knives and forks!!!

I needed a replacement fridge/freezer quickly and Colin Smith of Forfar is nearby and efficient.

Although an inbuilt appliance, the Bloomberg is a bit smaller in capacity than my old CDA and the shelves and drawers are a bit flimsier. Nonetheless, it does the job.

The dryer is fantastic not only for it's performance but also because it uses very little power

We have had a number of different dryers but this one far exceeds the others in every way.

When I purchased this machine I was told it had a five year warranty. When I registered the washing machine it only came up with a three year warranty.
When I finally got through to someone on the phone I was told to email explaining what had happened as I was indeed meant to have a five year warranty.
I did this but I never heard back from anyone. So not impressed with Blomberg at all.

Safe and convenient installation of the fridge freezer by helpful and friendly staff

We bought our Bloomberg freezer from Northern Vacuums Ltd, Carlisle. Our freezer was old and stopped working so we needed a new one within 24 hours. The company were brilliant with advice and delivery. Very obliging, would recommend them.

Excellent service from the shop where I purchased washing machine. Most helpful advising me which machine would suit my needs.

Door not fully open, can catch knees.
Hinge appears metallic is painted plastic, combined with above could be easily snapped.
Mixed loads spin max is 800rpm.inadequate for winter, drying clothes indoors. Shouldn’t have to do extra spin. Washes excessively long. Too many gimmicky add ons. I was told when buying Euronics had 28day. returns policy if item not as expected.
After using washing machine I made above observations. Told the policy given was only if purchases faulty. Unable say anything good about machine & wish I’d stuck with Bosch.

So far so good.
Order placed, but installation of new integrated fridge freezer is not until Monday next week, 20th July.

Great fridge freezer with lots of space, particularly in the veg and salad box

Had it 2 months and it had to be repaired then replaced.
