Prompt delivery, two lovely fridges very pleased with also the intergrated doors perfect

I found that this company was the only one I could find who manufactured the tumble dryer in the size I required. I had the same experience when I purchased a Blomberg fridge freezer some years ago. I am very pleased with the quality and reliability of their products. I certainly recommend them.

Only had for two weeks but I am very pleased with this machine. Quiet,does a good job of cleaning our household cloths which are from a farming family and energy use is less than our previous machine. Over all we are impressed with it.

Trying to register the guarantee was very, very difficult. The number you supply goes straight through to another company, Domestic and General. They do not deal with Blomberg. They supplied another number which goes straight back to Domestic and General because I said that my appliance was not built in but free standing. Domestic and General advised me to say that my appliance was built in. I still couldn’t get through. I kept getting an automated message over a period of several days saying”There is no one to take, your call. TRy later”.Thinking that the guarantee that Blomberg was offering was obviously a scam I repotrted it to The Trading Standards. Eventually, my local supplier took on the task of trying to register my guarantee, but it took him ages too, trying and re-trying.
I will not buy Blomberg products again because of the almost impossibility of registering the guarantee.

This is my 3rd Blomberg appliance and I feel good value for money, with a good warranty

The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and polite

We purchased the gas cooker and were told that we needed different jets. When the supplier asked for them to be sent I was told that they would be sent directly to our address. We waited for more than a month then when our supplier phoned your company (Or whoever they buy from) they were told that you don't deliver to Jersey. Our supplier subsequently organised them from someone else. We were without a cooker for nearly 2 months as instillation by Jersey gas had to be holted as we needed the correct jets. Thank goodness we had a cooker working eventually.

Fridge and freezer works well, am pleased with the the defrosting procedure and find it helpful. Vitamin care box , I need to get used to the size as some items do not fit in back to front only left to right which I am not used to. But getting used to it!

I purchased a dishwasher that came highly recommended, it was easy to install and fits perfectly.
The controls and the manual are easy enough to follow the first few times, love the door opening function, door springs open when finished.
It was also very simple to set up the 5 year guarantee online

5 year warranty

I was told that I qualified for a 3 year guarantee but despite my best efforts and many hours spent on the phone trying to register I do not appear to have been successful. I was just passed from one place to another and back again. I also tried emailing you but never received a reply. It ruined my experience of buying from Bloomberg and has been frustrating and unsatisfactory.

Good tumble dryer

I could easily have been tempted by appliances from prominent brands, with prominent price tags. So glad I did not, the appliances are great, easy to use and easy to keep clean - and they look great in my kitchen too.

Good guarantee

This is the 2nd bloomers machine we have purchased.
Our last one lasted 10years .
Our new one is so quiet we do even know it's working the only down side is I feel there are to many long washes.
But otherwise really pleased with it.
