This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I received the product, but then tried to get a refund becuase I was not satisfied (which they say they have 100% money back gaurantee). Then, the next day they automatically charged me a fee of $127 for a 'membership' that I did not sign up for. If I inadvertently did, it was not made clear. There is no way to cancel anything. They have a refund form and support email address, but they do not respond. They have a 'chat' as well, but I did not get a response there either. I had to cancel my credit card and will be filing fraudulent charges against them.

Order has not come and charged for a membership I didn’t authorize

Ordered the hard cover gluten free cookbook in Dec 2025. It’s now March and I still have not received the book. I’ve sent numerous emails asking for the book I paid for or a refund of my money and all I get is an automated response telling me how sorry they are that I’m experiencing a problem. Also charged me a membership I didn’t sign up for. This business is horrible, buyer beware!

Cancelled, but still charged

I had cancelled the service within half an hour after I started it, as I was under the impression that all the books were one price. This was over a year ago. Then February 2026 I got a charge for $127 that my bank caught and stopped it. They also charged $7 five different times and I have been unlucky in getting a hold of them. My Bank may half to assist on this to get my money back and keep them from charging anymore. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Give them a miss! They take unauthorised payments.

I bought a book from Bloom Cooking. (Incidentally never used ) and somehow they subscribed me to a service to access a website. I never received confirmation of subscription let alone knew about the website. In Dec 25 they took £95 from my account. I disputed this and they eventually refunded after they could not provide me with evidence of subscription. I received an email assuring me to rest assured I will not be charged again - only to have more money taken from my account in January 26. When I queried they told me that I had re subscribed but again could not provide me with details. They have refunded. I have now asked my bank to block all requests for payments from this company and provided them with copies of correspondence. Be extremely careful of buying anything from Bloom Coooking. They have obviously kept my personal details including my bank details despite asking for the right to be forgotten. My recommendation is to give them a wide berth.

Very shady company

I think this company is a total scam. I signed up for a $1.00 two-week trial and then promptly canceled it way before the 2 weeks were up. They continued to charge my credit card $29 for the next 3 months. I contacted them and they were slow to reimburse, so I contacted my credit card company and had them blocked. Luckily my credit card company reimbursed me, but after I told Bloom I contacted the credit card, they refused to reimburse and let the credit card company do it. Ther are lots of complaints about this company and I would advise anyone not to do business with them.

It looks like you signed up for our $1 trial twice on the same day.
Unfortunately, because you filed a dispute with your credit card issuer, we were no longer able to issue a refund.
It appears your payments have now been fully refunded, and no further payments will be made.
