Great customer service
I highly recommend shopping at Blooms & Bicycles. I placed an order from Germany and wasn't aware of the high customs fees that apply when shipping from the UK. Ashleigh was very helpful and even gave me a partial refund so I wouldn't have to cover the costs. She was always very friendly and responsive, and provided detailed information about the shipping. The package arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged.

Amazing!! I can’t rate Ashleigh and her company highly enough. They were the only place to stock a beautiful bag I wanted for a wedding. It was out of stock everywhere else. Ordering was simple and it arrived fast. The packaging it arrived in was exquisite! It felt like opening a present to myself - it was such a delight to open it. The bag itself is stunning and excellent quality. I love that it is sustainably produced too. I had so many compliments about the bag. In fact, a colleague saw it on my Instagram and is ordering one for herself too. Will absolutely be purchasing from this company again. 🥰

Outstanding support !
Ashleigh was extremely attentive when it came to tracking my parcel and made sure everything was in order at every step of the process.
There was an issue with my local post office, and she immediately offered a solution in a very proactive way.
