Absolutely fantastic experience
Absolutely fantastic experience. I ordered an Original Duckhead umbrella. Very well priced, beautifully boxed and delivered quickly. Super quick delivery and beautiful packaging, far more than I was expecting. You can tell this is done by individuals who put the time and care into each package.
I also had to email customer service as the address wasn't quite right on the order and had a very friendly response immediately.

Stellar experience, from the beautiful website combining beautiful things like cycling and flowers and offering beautiful accessories to the 10% off coupon to the updates regarding shipping and the most beautiful packaging that made me feel very special. I was only looking for a pink bike helmet but will make sure to buy more from here in the near future. It is the extra touch and the extra mile that made me feel valued.

Such a lovely company! Delivery was slightly delayed due to the extreme weather and snow, but Ashleigh kept me up to date every step of the way. The presentation of the item itself was absolutely stunning as well. It felt like a real treat opening it up with the way it had been packaged and prepared. Such love had clearly gone into it!
