Blue Bungalow Avis 

I have bought from Blue Bungalow twice now online as I live in regional NSW the clothes are good quality & are true to size have been happy both times with my purchases.
I follow the girls on Instagram & also always enjoy their posts they show real people wearing the clothes not just models.

I had previously ordered an Olive jacket, which was the correct size and fabric was soft, although I fear that it will fade. I wanted a black version for travel, but it was sold out. I received a notification that the black was back in stock, so I ordered the same size immediately…. Unfortunately, it was a size bigger, even though marked size 8, the fabric was stiff and nothing like the Olive Jacket. I tried to contact Blue Bungalow, as the black jacket wasn’t as advertised; soft and lightweight!!!
They weren’t really interested, even though I sent photos showing the discrepancy in sizes.
I have tried to leave a Review on their website 4 times! It has never been published…. Apparently if the Review isn’t to their liking it never see the light of day. I also conveyed this to Blue Bungalow, but no response.
I paid postage both ways, and stressed to them that publishing my Review may save someone from the same fate… no response, of course.
Had they published my review, I would consider using them again, but now, I will never purchase from them again. So disappointing! And totally unethical!

Fast easy delivery & great service.

Service is good; but what is the sizing so LARGE?! I’m a standard 14 but to get a dress to fit (?) I’d need to buy a Size 10. A waste of time & $10. I expected to be able to wear this dress.

So disappointed. The fabric is extremely thin and transparent. It is unwearable without a petticoat of some kind, totally defeating the point of a cool cotton shift. I certainly didn't expect a "beach" dress. Hopeless.

I find the customer service excellent. Knowing I can return an item, if need be, for a replacement size or store credit without having to pay more postage is a big plus. Postage on many websites is a killer. I also find the staff very helpful & the clothes excellent.

I was really looking forward to trying Blue Bungalow and deliberately chose to shop with them because I thought I was supporting a New Zealand-based business rather than a cheaper overseas alternative.

Unfortunately, my first experience has been disappointing. The dress I purchased was too large, so I returned it and chose store credit with the intention of exchanging it for another item. I was then surprised to find that, after the $9.95 return fee, I would also need to pay almost $19 in shipping for the replacement.

I understand that these charges are stated in the returns policy, and I accept that I should have read the policy more carefully. However, the result is that a straightforward sizing issue would cost me almost $30 in additional fees to complete an exchange. I became so used to the fact that most online retailers make exchanges very easy and free of cost to the customers that I assumed Blue Bungalow would offer the same condition.

I contacted customer service to ask whether I could instead receive a refund, but was told that the store credit could no longer be changed once issued.

I appreciate that the clothing appears to be good quality, but with the current cost of living, these additional costs make it difficult for me to justify shopping with the company again. I genuinely wanted to support the business, but unfortunately this experience has made cheaper alternatives seem much more appealing.

I hope Blue Bungalow will reconsider how this policy feels from the customer’s perspective, particularly for a first-time customer. This was my first and last purchase with them.

I can always rely on Blue Bungalow to send me great quality and usually the prices are good as well. On the rare occasions that I have to return an item it is a simple process .
I am amazed at how fast my orders have arrived and I’m kept in the loop the whole journey.

Ordering from Blue Bungalow is very easy and delivery is quite quick.
Everything I have bought from them I have loved.
The sizing chart is easy to understand.
I have ordered tops, skirts, pants etc, and they all feel real comfortable to wear. What I absolutely love is that you can dress real smart and look good and the prices of the items are very reasonable.

This company should be the model on how things are done,as they are wonderful when it comes to customer interaction.Had to return two items together and was not sure how to do this but a simple email answered by a real (very obliging)person explained the procedure for combined postage.I must clarify it was incorrect choices by me that initiated this as their garments are beautiful and top quality.It was great experience compared to Halara and Noosa Essentials who both made it impossible to obtain a refund and left me out of pocket.

I returned an item of clothing which did not fit. The process was so easy from downloading the return label to actually receiving my refund in such an amazingly short time. So impressed!! Have bought a number of items from Blue Bungalow and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Always find nice things easy returns good quality

I love Blue Bungalow. However, this year I haven't been able to buy much at all. I have been after jeans. I am 5' 10" All the jeans are far too short for me. The Barell legs are hideous, and the wide legs are far too wide. I managed to buy 2 jumpers last week which are basic but fine. If at all possible, could you find a brand that caters for tall people.

I bought 4 items from Blue Bungalow unfortunately 2 had to be returned. I loved them all but 2 of the items just didn't suit me. I wanted to say that the return process was fantastic being able to return in the fantastic reusable bag was great. Thank you I will order again
