I ordered 2 items, and an email told me they had been delivered and picked up on 13th July, when I went to the local PO someone else had picked up my parcel, I immediately got in touch with Blue Bungalow, who supplied me a document with signature and name (not mine) date, time of parcel pickup, I contacted the PO again who said they were trying to get in contact with the person who had taken the parcel. Blue bungalow were as upset with the mail theft as I was, and bent over backwards to hep, first with their immediate email reply's and replacing the items I had ordered. I cannot praise Blue Bungalow enough for their wonderful, kind help. It is so fabulous to think there are some genuine honest people still out there who are building an Australian company, they deserve 10 stars out of 5 - I am at present presenting my delivery theft to the Police

Cayman Khaki Cotton Tunic Dress - Cheap Fabric and See Through
Purchased a Cayman Khaki Cotton Tunic Dress. A dark plain colored dress with lining. This dress is made of very thin and cheap fabric and is very see through despite the lining. When I held it up I could actually see through all 4 layers of fabric. Interestingly, the description says the the lining is for comfort (not for sheerness). I returned it and have got a refund but lost my postage money. Shame I can't upload the photo I took for this review. Will be interesting to see if my review is left on the Blue Bungalow website, have a look at 1 star reviews and it should have the photo.
EDIT: Since the reply from Blue Bungalow I have now received another email confirming that they had inspected the dress and that the dress was in fact a correct dress with lining and not missing the lining.

Ziola linen top
Bought the Ziola linen top, alright size wise but very poor quality, the dye had not gone through the seams properly leaving creamy undyed lines in the sleeves but mostly where the elastic sleeve is gathered, linen is poor quality and will come apart at the stitching,
Also seams did not match up between different fabrics on the shoulders,
Just cheaply made and not worth the money.

A great company to deal with…
My dress and sandals arrived quickly in NZ. The dress is perfect exactly as described, lovely fabric and fits well. I love it and it's going to be my holiday staple. Unfortunately the sandals were not suitable but the return and subsequent refund was very easy and prompt. Highly recommend this lovely company and will definitely be ordering again.

Fast Shipping & great customer service
My order was shipped the next day and arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately I picked the wrong sizes and decided to visit the Brisbane store to exchange them. Staff were amazing and I had new sizes to try on before I even finished browsing. Customer Services was fantastic and exchange was easy.

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Shipping was on time. Jacket more or less as pictured although much lighter in shade but postage costs ridiculous. Some how a $149.00 jacket cost $15.95 and although I paid for the return, I have been charged the same postage again. Result blue bungalow has socked me $3l.90 mailing for the above amount. No one at blue bungalow has responded to my query re this. An added pain is asking you to print off the return label. Who keeps a printer these days. Take care before ordering.

As your order was shipped to New Zealand, our $199 free shipping threshold applies, and orders under this amount incur a standard shipping fee, which is outlined on our website and we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear at the time of purchase. Return shipping is also a chargeable service; however, choosing a store credit option reduces the return shipping cost from $15.95 to $9.95.
We can also see we’ve responded to your previous emails regarding this, and we’re sorry if our communication hasn’t felt as clear or helpful as it should have been.
In relation to return labels, there’s no need to print anything at home, the courier is able to scan the label directly from your phone and print it for you if needed.

Fantastic Return Policy
I just can't believe the service, the Return policy especially! The package came in a bag, which could be returned (if the product) needed to be returned, or the bag can be recycled. The system of return was so easy. Something that all retailers should look at.

Fast shipping and communication. However, the dresses are identical to Temu. Expected better quality stitching and careful attention to detail - not poorly stitched hems and thin stitching on neckline. For the price difference would expect better quality even if from the same manufacturer.

First purchase (pants) cheap quality that makes a swishing noise with every step you make and not breathable. Organised an exchange. Yes they did apply a credit however had to pay the shipping cost again. I am exchanging for a jumper and yet to receive it. I do not hold high hopes and I would not recommend.

Blue Bungalow has no New Zealand operation
As a New Zealander I feel misled by the bluebungalow.nz website. The address suggests there is a NZ based operation. However, after paying I found I'd been charged a foreign exchange fee! Also, the
help @ bluebungalow.nz that appears online IS INOPERABLE. So, not helpful for Kiwis. I am unlikely to buy more from this site and will look for local operators. Dresses I ordered are fine for quality but sizing is odd- one dress is smaller than expected and the other is larger! Go figure.

A happy customer
I have purchased both instore and online at Blue Bungalow.
Both methods were easy. Instore of course has benefits of seeing, feeling and trying on garments but my online experience was good.
Delivery was amazingly fast.
I had an issue with 1 item and my return was approved and the free postage return was quick and easy. To top it off my refund was fast and hassle free.
I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Bungalow based on my personal experience.I will be back.
