I wrote a review of Blue Ice Machines on June 12th 2025, I have to say I’m sorry I allowed my frustration with a product to colour my review of the company. Immediately the company contacted me to discuss the problems I had had with the machine. The managing director of the company (Mindy) called me personally and was extremely helpful and returned all the costs I incurred. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to buy products from them again. Clearly a company that puts customers first even if you give them a hard time 😊

I don’t think I’ve ever been this frustrated or exhausted dealing with a company in my entire life. Completely unhelpful, careless, and downright disrespectful. We have had endless issues with machinery purchased from them. I contacted the company, and they basically shrugged it off and charged a fortune for engineer visits. Engineer doesn't fix the issue and ignores follow ups.
No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just a waste of time and money.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. You’ve been warned.

Absolutely abhorrent company, AVOID... Sales team will tell you everything you want to hear - push for sale and promise everything will be perfect. Not long after things go wrong and they will not help AT ALL. promises of support, and get ignored for months without engineer visits. they ignore phone calls and do not help whatsoever. Avoid at all costs

Beyond upset. Called blue ice due to machine motor not running properly. Was asked if I would like a service also said yes may as well get the full thing sorted in one.
Workers came out a part of the motor was missing. Asked if anything had fallen out or touched which replied no to.
After paying about £540 for a repair and service I have been left with a broken machine again. When called I have been charges another 100 and odd when original work was paid and not carried out.
I see on this every bad review has a comment from blue ice that does in some ways show there unprofessional nature. Which is why I have kept full records of emails and phone calls before reporting to trading standards. I would recommend that anyone dealing with blue ice get a full brake down of costs and work in full detail.

I spoke to a member of the team who guided us on what the best machine for our business would be, they were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their products, we purchased a soft serve. We were asked when we’d like our delivery so chose the date plus arranged for someone to come to our site to train us and staff of the running and cleaning of the machine the very next day, we had a phone call on the morning of delivery telling us a time slot which was helpful, we had a man come to train us which was great, and a follow up on how our machine was going and if we needed any additional help. I cannot fault This company, the machine is an absolute dream and super easy to maintain and clean. Great service, friendly and so helpful. Would highly recommend

Ordered parts to be delivered next day. Parts sent to wrong address. Couldn't change address for redelivery with delivery company as they need permission from sender. Contacted blue ice to explain and was greeted with the worst customer service I've experienced. Tried to explain the situation but they were not helpful and they ended up saying they were going to refund me my money. Terrible customer service for such a small issue as changing delivery address. Pathetic customer service. AVOID.
A side note.
I did not ask for a refund, they told me i was getting it refunded and that they were refusing to help any further, their exact words. I've now purchased a brand new machine from another company that was very helpful.

Pathetic! Called to confirm (on Thursday 6 march 2025) if I would receive the ice cream machine part the next day (on Friday 7 march) once I make the payment. Their rep’s answer was yes. I made the payment. Called them again to say I have made the payment from my end and to ask again can I expect to receive the part tomorrow? The same rep’s answer was, again, yes.
Believing them, I engaged the engineer to visit on Friday, who will bill me his call charges, for showing up.
Today, I called blue ice to follow up on tracking the parcel and on Friday they are telling me that it will be posted today because they were waiting that payment has been conformed by accounts or whatever. I said you committed Thursday posting and Friday receipt yesterday. The guy says no I didn’t.
They have the call recording. But the guy keeps lying. Quite confidently . What can you do?

Been great to work with, smooth set up process. Great products.
Liam who’s always helpful and always giving time to me over the phone trying to collectively figure any issues from one of the equipments. I mainly deal with Liam but all other staff are always polite and helpful when needed. Always have engineers on hand when needed and service is brilliant.
