They do not reply to customer enquiries…

They do not reply to customer enquiries via their website. I and a number of my colleagues have enquired about the companies products and they never respond. Not interested and I will not be purchasing from them based on this experience

Having purchased a soft ice cream…

Having purchased a soft ice cream machine & slushie machine, paying for a few years servicing etc from them, our slushie machine broke just before our busiest week of the year. I immediately paid for the part, they delivered the wrong part though they had the correct details. They weren’t answering their phone so I had to buy a new slushie machine, they offered freebies which didn’t arrive, the part took many months to arrive even though paid for. So I requested a good discount on the next servicing. They offers £50 which I thought was insulting so decided a softie ice cream wasn’t worth the bother, will not use again, there are lots of cheaper competitors who actually have stock & staff to answer calls!

I have never been this annoyed

I have never been this annoyed, angry, tired and frustrated before in dealing with human beings like this before in my 51 yrs of life. They are unhelpful, lazy, disrespectful and the list goes on. I ordered syrups for my slush machine for which I paid next day delivery, it took 6 days for the items to reach me. I placed an order on Wednesday for delivery yesterday, the bottles of syrups came squeezed and Leakey company refused to rectify the problem. I must pay to have new bottles of syrups sent out to me as it’s not their fault.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY……..YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

paid £3000 in November 2023

paid £3000 in November 2023, for my hospital café.
it broke down in June 24.
despite being in warranty, the company could not have been less helpful in trying to fix the issue.
flat refusal to send anyone out to look at the machine
(instead just sending me you tube videos on possible problems!)
numerous calls, and I mean numerous, being passed around the houses trying to talk to someone,
being fobbed off with different stories by different people, we eventually got them to pick up the machine and sent back to them so they could look at it. now we have a problem of trying to get it back................. be warned, a terrible company to do business with

Avoid like the bubonic plague

I had a blue ice machine cost £4,000 never really worked always letting us down , not good when kids want and ice cream and comes out as cream , had a service £400 plus vat , engineer arrived late and spent less than 20 mins on the machine .
Do yourself a favour and scoop out gelato . Let them no I was going to put this review out but they wasn’t fussed . Avoid the company like the bubonic plague

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. New machine broke down after one day of use and now they are demanding we have to pay £26 for them to collect and send a box for the machine to take back to the office for repairs. Cheap and faulty product was sold to me for £2600.
we may have to take legal action if this is not fully repaired in the time scale they provided and if happens again. Please do something research before buying from this company. I have read some reviews here that to the new machine also broke down within weeks.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Machine broke down and went for repairs, never came back. It was only 4 weeks old. They will move around in circles instead of tackling the issue.

Terrible machine, we have lost a lot of money due to failure of machine to work almost on daily basis, no real support from blue-ice, will definitely will not recommend to deal with their machines or this company, Avoid by all means!

Small immature company

A 2 day delivery became a 3mth delivery. The company provided an incorrect address for delivery. Blue Ice were not initiative nor responsible to contact delivery agency to correct the mistake. Did not admit the mistake but put the responsibility on us. Did not bother to reply emails after sometime. The company is small and still very immature. The purchase is not worth the trouble but you will get your purchase if you are lucky.
