Would rate zero stars if I could. Have reached out multiple times about my order (placed Nov 16th 2024) and only received one automated email. I’m so upset I wasted $80 on what I thought would be really cute lingerie. Will be filing fraud with my bank if they don’t get back to me or update my order (the link to my order’s status doesn’t work anymore). So mad. Do not order from them

Only because I have to give a star. Have been waiting on my order for months. I wish I had looked at reviews before I purchased anything. Stay away from them. Have asked for a refund several time with no success.

They charged me after 6 months and then did not give me a refund even the day of the charge, when I canceled. I reached out to ask them and they said no, I could have at least gotten the shipment at that point. They took the 30 dollars and gave me nothing, LOL.
Contacting my bank to report it. Scam.

It took 4 attempts over nearly 2 weeks to even get an acknowledgement of my inquiry. When I was finally replied to, my question regarding clarity on conflicting information for online vs what the automated emails stated was not addressed directly. My order took nearly a month to arrive. The fact that it did arrive is the only reason I’d give this review 1 star. I’ve order custom tailored suits that didn’t take as long to arrive.
Customer experience matters. This is why tariffs will work.

I used to love their monthly panty subscriptions and recently ordered lingerie from them. When I tell you it’s pure garbage… don’t order anything from them. Their stuff is straight junk from amazon, temu SHEIN whatever else is in that category. Nothing looks or fits like the photos on their websites. Their order processing and shipping time is excessive. And they’re overpricing it all. I expected better…. Not a lot better but not straight up garbage and unable products… Very disappointed.

I was a member for YEARS. I subscribed back in 2016-2017 and I was obsessed . I finally cancelled this year because their rebranding got worse and worse. They have turned their website into shein and they're overcharging for cheap lingerie. we didn't want clothes or pajamas or lingerie . We signed up for cute panties once a month.. I miss the days of the never thongs and comfy bralettes. This company is destroyed. I miss the old bootaybag and unfortunately they've run this company into the ground. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I’m only giving them 2 stars because of what they once were. I’ve been a loyal user since 2018 and was obsessed with it. Now, their service is horrid and their products have seriously dwindled. Their rebrand and the turn to overtly sexy, cheap (emphasis on cheap) lingerie is a huge miss. Their product images literally look like they’re taken directly from SHEIN and the different colors appear photoshopped. I used to think they were a masterclass in marketing and small business ownership, but that’s clearly changed. After being ghosted by their support team about not receiving a shipment (I received order confirmation a month ago, but have yet to see anything about the product actually shipping), I’ve come to the conclusion that I simply won’t receive this product and have finally made the decision to cancel my subscription. 6 year loyal customer, now gone.

The products are extremely cheap. Some of their more expensive sets sell for $75 but you can find the same product on Amazon for less than $30. They market themselves as a monthly subscription however, shipments take well over a month regardless of their shipping and processing statements. If you have issues with their product or shipment customer service rarely replies. If a product is delivered in the wrong size they ask you to send it back to resell which would be reasonable if it wasn’t lingerie.

Zero customer service. Ordered a set with a credit I had from them not being able to fulfill a subscription in the size ordered. (Imagine not having enough stock to fulfill obligations). Email, no response. IG message, same. Not only did they not make good on the order they didn't fulfill, they cheated me out of the cost of that subscription,

Order arrived missing items. Zero customer support…and I mean zero! Countless emails to multiple addresses an and phone calls with zero response. If your order actually arrives complete and fits perfectly you’ll be fine, but otherwise you’re stuck with an incomplete $50 set. Buyer beware.

Bootaybag used to design their own pieces and we saw the behind the scenes of the founder elly designing the underwear. Had a suspicion when every promo for the 2024 Valentine’s Day collection had the models head cut off that something weird was up. Got bad vibes and found if you reverse image search their promo it comes up at places like ali express etc. So it’s very clear they are buying things from China/ali express/ SHEIN and reselling at a huge mark up.

The new heart sweatshirt from the vday collection is now ALL over tik tok shop for $12 instead of the $40/$50 they are charging, with the SAME promo images.

Left a comment and messaged them on Instagram to be like, what?! And the comment was promptly deleted and my message was left on read. Was a member since 2019 and cancelled my subscription, just horrible quality now.
