Refund Never Received!

I started in 2024 with this company. Promised a website, ebay, and Amazon store. website took over 5 months. Ebay store and Amazon store never opened. When my website was shut down ( which they couldn't explain) i was offered a full refund. We both signed the refund agreement that stated i would get monthly payments back for the next 10 months starting in 120 days from signing the agreement. i was supposed to get my first payment in Feb 2025. I have yet to receive anything. I call the numbers and email i used this whole time to communicate with them but no one responses. Hoping to get a response here.

Their dashboard is supposed to allow you to withdraw sales whenever you want. Mine was requested about 2 months ago and the site doesn’t work. Multiple calls, emails, and contacts on Basecamp and not one reply in about 2 months. Number on the dashboard provided doesn’t even work. Contract states they are required to payout every 30 days. They have not done this. No one replies. Tom seem to have disappeared. Also found this mydigitalsupply.com. Im not telling anyone what to do, but feel free to read. Found and article - “How a store at the Moorestown Mall grew out of what investors call a massive e-commerce scam.”

Huge SCAM

If I could leave a negative number here I would. This so called company is nothing but a huge scam!!! I was told I would get my refund (1st installment of 2) on January 22, 2025. I have emailed them numerous times and have heard nothing back from them. I have had to resort to getting my lawyer to draft a letter and take them to court!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!!

I am very upset with BMB matrix

I am very upset with BMB matrix. I still have not received my refund. Back In June 2024, I removed negative review because they reached out to me and asked me to remove negative review so they can release payment. The total refund was supposed to be sent in installments. They sent 2 payments and then stopped. After back and forth emails, i heard from customer service on oct 22, 2024 that due to system delays my payment will be delayed. Email said i should expect to receive payment in 60 to 90 days and they will apply 2% interest fee to my total refund. Ok so I waited and seems like 90 days ended on jan 22, 2025. Today is March 3, 2025 and still nothing. I want my refund. I sent follow up email on Jan 12 asking about update but no reply yet. I have no choice but to report review here. I can provide copy of the email if needed.

AND THE GASLIGHTING CONTINUES.....

AND THE GASLIGHTING GAMES CONTINUES.....
As previously I joined this company back in May of 2023 in hopes to expand my e-commerce business. Instead, THEY GOT ME KICKED OFF both amazon and eBay platforms permanently because of their poor communication and negligence with customers under the full supervision of their business.

As per your closing contract;
My total refund amount is the initial service agreement fee plus any credits minus any profits generated.
Initial Service Fee - $4,995.00 USD
Credits - $1,036.66 USD
Total Balance Due - $6,031.66 USD
Payment needed to be liquidated 50 -60 days and should have started from Feb 23, 2024 to March 5, 2024 with payments of $1,507.91 each until the agreement was paid. (As outlined in their attached closing agreement)
Without mentioning; they claimed FULL liability for their negligence. Resulting with a signed contract for refund of investment; no payment as of date has been received. I've already contacted local police TOM Q and my lawyer. THIS IS NOW CONSIDERED A FORM OF WIRE-FRAUD AND WILL BE UNDER INVESTIGATION.

Maggris Morgan signed up for our entry level Amazon Lite package on May 6, 2023 which at the time had a service fee of $4,995. Our team completed her product upload within 30 days and her store setup and sales performed exactly as it was expected. Her store generated sales immediately and from June 6th - July 24th, her store generated sales of approximately $2,700 of which she was invoiced $2,300 for the cost of goods.

During this time frame, communication with Marggris was pretty standard for a new client, with a few questions regarding internal processes, making payments, and navigating her Amazon account.

On June 19th Marggris contacted our support team regarding her Amazon payout and it was explained to her again that Amazon may take up to 30 days to release her funds since her account was under review. This is typical protocol for new Amazon stores that have generated the amount of sales that her store processed in a short period of time. After the information was submitted, This soft review was lifted and her account was able to resume sales.

On July 26th, Amazon placed Marggris US account on a "hard review" which but her Canada and Mexico account were not affected. An account review is not only detailed during the sales process, it's discussed during the onboarding call as well as in our promotional videos which are made public on our youtube channel. An account review is equivalent to an audit from Amazon, the process is an automated process that requires the client to resubmit their ID, banking details, and requests us to provide invoices for recently shipped.

Listed below is a promotional video that details the account review process.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wWparNgtrY

The most frustrating part for our clients during this account review process is the uncertainty. Once we submit the information to Amazon, they sometimes can take weeks or in some extreme cases months to respond. Our position has always been to be transparent with the client and informaning them that this process may take some time to be resolved. As a sign of good faith, we often offer clients to list products on other platforms such as eBay while their account is under review. In Marggris' case, we did just that and we offered free of charge to set up and manage her eBay account while we waited for Amazon to respond to her account review.

During the 30 days her eBay account generated $430 in sales and she grew frustrated with Amazon not responding in a timely manner to the account review and she claimed she did not want to continue with our company.

If you read her review, she never mentioned any of this information. Furthermore, the review reads as if we not only neglected her account, but it reads if she had been scammed by our company which our communication with her clearly dispels that.

Please look through the communication with Magris and come to your own conclusion on the validity of her review.

I have been with BMB Matrix for over 10…

I have been with BMB Matrix for over 10 months now. I have paid over 30k with startup and inventory. At this point, I was told I would have a payout last August, that was pushed until November 27th. That date came and they said payout would occur in January. Its now February and No payout. What I did get, was a video, talking about how hard they are working. Its all B.S.. They dont respond to any correspondence ever. I have asked for the contact information to their legal department several times only to be ignored. Tom Parker who now seems to be going by Thomas Q, is a liar and conartist. If he was legimate he would pay people what is owed instead of making videos in somebody elses warehouse. All of the 5 Star reviews on this site are fake. I recognize the names of employees with whom I have dealt with in the past. Do any business with these people and you will lose everything you give them.

Complete scam!! Fake names. Fake company!

Complete scam! Don’t let these newest flood of reviews fool you! Tom Parker (which is a fake name - Adetunji Thomas Quarcoo - massive red flag if you and your staff have fake names btw) have been a scammer for YEARS! They understand the art of conning. Just google his REAL name and it will reveal lots. We have lost all our savings. This business does not deliver ANY of the promises that it makes. We were give empty excuses of payment. Didn’t receive a DIME. Don’t fall for any of it. He and his team will take the money and run. But prison bars will be in his future very soon.

This is a criminal enterprise

Whatever you do, do NOT get involved with this company. They are straight up thieves! This company doesn’t even deserve one star! You WILL lose your money.
I got involved with BMB Matrix 9 months ago. I have invested 30k between startup fee and inventory. I gave them an established Amazon store, and I also got into their retail program. So far after 9 months I have been paid 1189.00 from the Amazon store. Even though there is over 8k in sales on the books. I believe they are pocketing the sales from stores they don’t own then telling the store owners that payout from Amazon is inconsistent and unpredictable. Both statements are completely untrue, Amazon does not operate that way. On the retail side, I have not been paid a single dime after 9 months. There are 8500 in sales from invoices that were to be paid on Aug 24, 2024. Instead of being paid, I was given some excuse about how their merchant account had been shut off and they couldn’t payout then, that it would be delayed to Nov 27th, 2024. On NOV 27th, I again was told that payout had to be delayed to January 2025. No reason was given as to why. Randy J my “project manager” refused to answer any questions about why money owed was again being delayed by 3 months. They sent me an order sheet on July 7th claiming that they paid an invoice to me in the amount of $3,331.86. This never happened. I have bank records to prove this. As of this date, I have not been paid one cent from their retail program. There are several provable instances of invoice fraud and other fraud. If you read the other reviews, you will see that this is how they do business and that my story is far from unique. All of the positive reviews are from employees and friends of Tom Parker, David Stone and Emilie. Many of their store and warehouse addresses are bogus. Their 800 number is disconnected.
In an effort to try and understand and resolve what was happening I requested a meeting with Tom Parker and/or David Stone since my “project manager” was unable to answer any questions about anything. After several weeks of being ignored, Tom finally agreed to a phone meeting on NOV 19th which I recorded. Tom was extremely hostile from the second he got on the phone. I asked one question; “what is happening with my money, and where is it” He then started screaming and yelling for the next 6 and half minutes. I could not speak at all, when he was done yelling, he just hung up. At a couple of points in this conversation he called me stupid and told me I had no idea how business and investments work. Who conducts business like that?
As of DEC 18th, 2024, I have been told that there will no longer be project managers to run stores, answer questions and liaison between myself and BMB Matrix. Instead, I am to email all business questions etc to a generic customer@ email address. Not only does this breach the contract that THEY wrote, that is the level of customer service 30k will get you with these people. It takes days, sometimes weeks for them to respond to even the simplest questions.
I have asked four different times since December 18th for the contact info for their legal department or lawyer. Four weeks no response. What I do get are multiple videos of Tom Parker wandering around dirty warehouse spaces talking about how great things are going. Yet, still no money paid for invoices that are now months overdue.
I am filing charges as are many others with the attorney general in Pennsylvania, cyber crimes FBI, Federal Trade Commission. At last count there are 5 lawsuits filed, my lawsuit will make it six but there are probably more coming. There is also a class action suit being filed. Bottom line, this is a criminal enterprise. Tom Parker and David Stone are con artists and thieves. Get involved at your own peril!

Responce to BMBs answer.
Thank you Tom for posting some of the invoices so the world can see the depth of your criminality. The thing that makes no sense, is all those dollar amounts, where is that money Tom? None of it has been paid out to me. Everyone knows that if it actually went through Amazon it would have been paid out. The inventory listed on those invoices has seemed to have disappeared as well. On January 31, 2025, Tom sent out a video where he offered to sell all inventory that I purchased on liquidation.com. I accepted his offer. Since then there has been no responce. So this too, was a false promise, and a lie. He had no intention of even attempting to make things right. Tom isnt even his real name, he has gone by two different names since I have started with BMB. Why the aliases? Look to all the other complaints. Yes Tom, everyone is wrong but you.

As Davida Horn continued her smear campaign against BMB, Dale Clark contacted us on November 19th informing us that  Davida Horn had contacted him and made him aware that our offices in Philadelphia were fake, our current warehouses in New Jersey was fake, and we were going to Home Depot to shoot promotional videos and that BMB was a ponzi scheme. Despite the fact that these silly accusations could be dispelled by simply viewing our youtube channel with hundreds of videos or visiting our locations. Dale Clark willingly participated in a coordinated smear campaign to defame our company and cause financial hardship to BMB.

Dale Clark's review that BMB is somehow a criminal enterprise and we've managed to siphon funds from his seller and other clients' seller account  is not only grossly defamatory but completely misguided and void of any common sense.
Dale Clark states that he had an established Amazon account and BMB somehow diverted his funds which shows Dale Clark's lack of understanding in not only how Amazon works but how this business model itself works.Amazon

Account Access
Firstly, Per Amazon's terms of service, as a third party account manager we are not allowed to have the client's login credentials. Rather Amazon TOS dictates that the client can ONLY grant us access through what's called User Permissions. This prevents third party vendors like BMB from making any unauthorized changes to client accounts. Furthermore, if Dale believes this statement is true, this is something that he could easily prove by contacting Amazon's customer support to confirm any funds were diverted from his account. Again this statement in itself shows a complete lack of awareness and understanding how Amazon protects the security of its seller accounts or how user permissions work.

Secondly, every Amazon's seller account has 2 Factor authentication to prevent any unauthorized logins to his or her account. If any account changes are made, the account owner (Dale Clark) would have to receive a second notification to his cell phone to authorize a login to his store which clearly never happened.
Lastly, There is a report in every Amazon seller to track any actions that occur inside the Amazon. All Dale Clark would have to do is download his Disbursement report to see when the funds were released in his account and to the bank account the funds were released to. Making outlandish claims that can easily be dispelled shows a clear lack of common sense on Dale Clarks part.Amazon

Account Payouts
As a seller on Amazon, your payouts will be sporadic . Amazon pays out twice a month to the seller and ONLY releases funds 7-14 days after the product has been delivered to the customer. Again this is another piece of data  Dale Clark can track in the reporting section of his seller dashboard.Accusations of Missing Orders on AmazonEvery order on Amazon has a unique order number which can easily be tracked in your seller dashboard. Dale Clark claims that somehow BMB magically made orders disappear in his Amazon seller dashboard. Again in this accusation, Dale Clark can easily log into his Amazon account and track any order that was ever received in his account.

Conclusion
There is an obvious pattern with Dale Clarks review of nonsensical claims that Dale could easily confirm or dispel if he simply contacted Amazon seller support. Furthermore, as you can see from the conversations with our staff, Dale Clark had very little understanding of how Amazon and this business works. We do our very best to explain and inform our clients but ultimately if they are unwilling or incapable  of understanding the basic functions of how selling on Amazon works then there is very little we can do.

As always feel free view all the relevant documents and communication with Dale Clark

I am going to share this here as I know…

I am going to share this here as I know that the leadership of this company, if you can call it that, reads the reviews.

Per Article 3.1, I am entitled to a mediation process and would like to exercise that right as soon as possible.

I will pick the mediation group, just let me know when "Tom" is available. If I do not receive a response, I will be forced to get an attorney.

If you are contemplating using this service just google BMB Matrix lawsuits. Even other companies are suing them for posting fake reviews on their websites.

If you are a BMB customer, please visit the FaceBook page here: BMB MATRIX SCAM! THEY MUST BE STOPPED. We have posted recommendations as to what entities to file with. We can also band together with class action lawsuits.

Out of patience

Though I have held out posting poor reviews on this company - giving them a chance to come clean- (i am a subscriber to their services IE paid money to participate), at this point i feel compelled to publish my own. I too have been in touch with other subscribers to BMB Matrix who s terrible experience with the company matches my own, to a point where i question any recent favorable reviews as being real. In any event the person running the show there, Tom Quincey has been elusive and evasive and generally exhibited poor character dealing with other people's money and in dealing with the people behind the money as well. Though I have given Tom chances myself to be successful for those who entrust money to him, and be open to questions regarding the poor performance that has been the reality, he has been neither successful nor transparent about what matters to us.. money matters, and many representations to us from customer support about when we will get our purchase money plus GP back have turned out to be lies over the months.

I keep the door open for him to have address all subscribers in a transparent and effective way, however until now he continues to exhibit the same poor ways in dealing with people. His approach is that he doesn't have to is my experience. I have written off this investment for now, and encourage anybody contemplating investing their money in this gig do DON"T simply based on the character of the person running the show.

BUYER BEWARE!!

Like others have experienced, I paid a lot of money ($13,495 to BMB Matrix for their "Amazon Standard Package" plus another ~$1,500 setting up an entity) and spent a lot of effort working to build an ecommerce business but never got what was promised from this company. They claim their products have been "carefully selected based off supply and demand on Amazon", when in actuality the invoices they send you state they are "Liquidation Products" (i.e. returned products, some missing parts and used). I had about a dozen sales worth about $1000 in the first three months and got excited, only to be crushed when almost all of these items were returned! And by the way, BMB doesn't refund your money, but instead issues you a credit. After going through an Amazon Audit, Amazon shut my account down since I couldn't prove my source of products or knowledge of where they were coming from, so BMB switched me to eBay and the whole thing started over. Same result though, some sales and then most getting returned. After a lot of frustration and me being a pain, they agreed to paying me back ($14,255.71 including refunds owed)...but over 8 payments - should be a lump sum like I paid them, but fine. Not surprisingly, they didn't adhere to the agreement, so I pestered them, and they finally sent a first payment, then more threats by me and a complaint to the Attorney General, and they sent a second payment. After getting sick and tired of dealing with this company, I turned the whole thing over to a collection agency. It's been five months of demand letters, and they have lost contact with BMB, so we're in the process of filing suit. Recently their attorney informed us that he was representing them as a friend but is no longer representing them (go figure that one out!). Be careful what you are getting into with this company. Ask them to speak to some of their happy clients before you sign up and see what they say.

SCAM - THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Its been rocky from inception, beginning with our Amazon store. There was a brief moment of hope with their Retail Store, but that ended when they STOLE OUR INVESTMENT.

Twice, they’ve sent multiple silly videos attempting to appear like a real operation, showcasing the inventory purchased with our money—only to still not pay us, even after 2 of the biggest shopping holidays. Meanwhile, Tom flaunts a different pair of expensive shoes in each video.

On the rare occasion they respond, they quote their own breached contract, conveniently ignoring the sections where they’ve failed to meet their own promises.

When you ask for a refund, they resort to games—sending termination contracts including an attempt to get you to agree to receive your large investment back in the form of cheap inventory. They couldn’t even afford that postage. I believe they are broke. It seems any money they receive goes toward paying themselves, covering rent for their Value Vault store in the NJ mall, and managing the excessive overhead they’ve taken on. And shoe shopping.

The entire operation is a scam and a joke. They lack basic business sense and are shockingly comfortable stealing people’s money. They exhibit an air of entitlement as if they’re doing nothing wrong beyond slightly inconveniencing you. Their morals and integrity are nonexistent, and they live their best lives at your expense.

Instead of resolving issues, they offer repetitive lies, recycled excuses, and fake apologies like, “We are working on it, thank you for your continued loyalty and patience.” But they never actually pay out—it’s all gaslighting time-wasting fluff.

I’ve filed reports with the NJ Mall, FTC, FBI, and Bank for Wire Fraud. I also reported the fraud to the police (at the bank’s recommendation). Although we’re in different states, the bank advised that filing with my local police is critical, as wire fraud is taken very seriously. Once reported locally, authorities here will then proceed contacting authorities in the originating state.

If you haven’t already, I strongly suggest filing similarly. There is strength in numbers, and I hope this review prevents someone else from enduring this hardship.
