My biggest mistake was trusting TOM ,Emily, and Xavier. I signed up for an Amazon 5k plan with BMB MATRIX and never made a single sale, and both of my Amazon and Ebay accounts got closed because of their poor management. I left a review for the first time, than Tom immediately called me to remove my review, and he agreed to refund my money, but unfortunately he paid only 3 times of $499.00 . After that, my number was blocked . I paid him a lump sum amount, but when it comes my refund, I have to beg for my own money. Please, it's a request. Don't trust TOM, EMILY, or Xavier. They are all LIARS, CHEATERS, DISHONEST PEOPLE.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They took my money, failed to deliver on their promises, and have left me with no choice but to take legal action with federal authorities. I hired them to develop multiple online stores, expecting a smooth and professional process. Instead, I’ve encountered endless delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability.
I’ve been waiting on a payment of $16,000 since August. Despite promising payment on two separate occasions, they failed to follow through, and now they’re telling me it will take an additional 60 days. This company is nothing but lie after lie.
Their customer service is a joke—unresponsive, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful. After exhausting every possible way to resolve this issue, I’ve contacted an attorney and will be pursuing legal action with federal authorities to hold them accountable. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration of dealing with such an unreliable and unethical business.

When I signed up with Bmb matrix my store performed very well. I would average 6-7 sales a day but when my Amazon store went under review that’s when things started to slow down. As I was upgraded to their retail program and sales did start to pick up. This so far has been a good investment.

Bmb does do a great job at growing an Amazon store which I was very impressed by but there are other areas that needs to be improved. I did recoup most of my initial investment back but it did take a little over a year. Great company if you’re new to selling online.

I’ve had a pretty decent experience with Bmb matrix but there was times I wanted to throw the towel in. I see selling online is not for the faint of heart. I do appreciate all of guidance the staff has given me. I really enjoy their new beta program which I signed up for after visiting there operations center.

It was a pleasant experience working with Bmb matrix. I have experience selling online so I already was prepared for certain roadblocks to come my way. There were times when they did drop the ball but I give them credit for correcting their mistakes. Overall there a good company to work with.

I was frustrated about my Amazon store
After being a client of Bmb for five months but I do give credit when credit is due. They work very hard to address all of my issues. My Amazon store was reinstated and my eBay store has had an increase in sales. I have a few more months left to recoup my initial investment. Great company!

I had the worst experience with BMB Matrix. I started my Amazon automation business with them in July 2023 but never had any profit. They sent me an agreement to return my money in 4 instalments (11 June, 11 July, 11 August and 11 September). I was waiting for my checks to arrive and sent a couple of emails but there were no responses from their side. After 11th July 2024, I posted my bad experience with this company as I didn't receive my first 2 instalments. As soon as I posted over the trust pilot, I got a call from their attorney they would pay my first 2 instalments as quickly as possible. They returned my first 2 instalments in July because their reputation was in trouble. They promised to send the next checks on Aug 11 and Sep 11 respectively. Then they told me they would send both checks together on Oct 22. I am still waiting and sent a couple of emails about the checks but no reply from their side. They hanged me like anything. Their attorney said he no longer works with them. Please stay away from such companies and never trust them.

Ok experience with purchasing their standard package. I already owned my Amazon store for over 2 years but adding their products definitely increased revenue. If my journey with Bmb continues to improve I will definitely upgrade to the standard package. There’s room for improvement on their side but overall it was a good investment.

I joined this company back in May of 2023 in hopes to expand my e-commerce business; instead they got me kicked off both amazon and eBay platforms permanently because of their poor communication and negligence with customers. Also after requesting full refund; it's been taking them over a year to send an payments and lack of communication. Please beware of this company. It has been a nightmare!!!!

After getting our mature (in operation and profitable before signing with BMB) Amazon store permanently suspended and also our Ebay store we were finally offered a refund. Issues from day one have been communication, not shipping items on time, refunds, returns, policy violations, ect. The refund is $25k. The closure agreement stated that starting 180 days after signing that we would receive $1800 checks mailed every month until refund amount was paid. We did not sign and asked for a full payment up front by ach. The same method we paid the initial buy in as well as all invoices. A month later we were told the closure agreement could not be amended. Communication has always been horrible. We had our attorney send BMB a demand letter. It was returned as undeliverable. Seems the only way to get them to respond is to post a negative review.

I’ve been researching selling online for a year and I came across Bmb matrix. I was hesitant but I decided to give them a try anyway. My Amazon store took off within a few days of products being uploaded and sales were pretty much consistent for the most part but there are areas that needs some improvement. Overall it’s been an ok experience and I’m 5 months away from making my initial investment back.

My experience with Bmb started out very good in the beginning . Sale’s were consistent and my orders went out on time. Four months in thing did get bumpy and I contemplated on asking for refund but I decide to give it one more shot. I was signed up to their retail program and so far I can say things are going smoothly. I will update my review in the next 90 days.

Got me banned from all platforms in two weeks. Will not reciprocate communication. Threatens to sue me if I post negative reviews. Don’t trust this company, nor their new name.

I’ve been with Bmbmatrix for 7 months now. In the beginning things were rough but I they have improved over the last three months. Sales started to pick up once I joined their retail program. Thank you to the wonderful team over at Bmb matrix.

I’ve with Bmb since October of 2023 and it was a bumpy ride in the begging but once the retail operations opened my sales have steady increased. I just recently came down to visit warehouses and staff and it was impressive to see how much has they’ve grown in the last 2 years. The customer service is getting better but still needs improvement.

After 14 months of frustration, I finally got my money back from BMB Matrix, but it was a nightmare. None of the stores worked: Amazon-eBay, communication was awful and they ignored deadlines.
I left a bad review few months ago, when they were just ignoring me like usual, and they offered me a new deal if I deleted it. I regret believing them and suspect they do this with all unhappy customers.
I’m glad to have my money back but don’t waste your time and money with them!
