I was also scammed by them. I purchased an executive package for $9,000, but for the first six months, they didn’t even create my store. When I requested a refund, they agreed to pay me back in five installments. They sent me one check and then disappeared. They take people’s hard-earned money.
I wrote a negative review about them, but they threatened that if I didn’t remove it, they wouldn’t pay me. I removed the review, but they still didn’t give me my money. Now, with the help of the Illinois Attorney General, I am taking action and planning to report them to the FTC to prevent others from being scammed. I will get my money back, no matter what I have to do.
Please don’t give them your money. BMB Matrix and Tom Parker Co. are the same.
Tom Parker is fake. His real name is Adetunji Thomas-Quarcoo and he is responsible for multiple scam websites such as Build My Brand, BMB Matrix and TomParker&Co. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY! You will lose it all.
This man belongs in prison.
Tom Parker Leads the BMB Matrix Scam Watch out
SCAM WARNING: Bait-and-Switch Scam/ Potential Ponzi Scheme
I urge anyone considering doing business with Tom Parker to BEWARE. He spearheads a company called BMB Matrix who scams people out of 10s of thousands of dollars.
Please conduct thorough research before proceeding. Look up everything related to Tom Parker and BMB Matrix before proceeding. I wish I found this info before I lost my HUGE investment:
1. Legal Troubles:
Since December 2023, at least FIVE lawsuits have been filed against BMB. A simple search for “BMB Matrix lawsuits” will reveal the details.
2. Fake Locations:
All addresses associated with BMB Matrix are INVALID. 3 are WeWork offices, 1 traces to a Walgreens, another to a legit business unrelated to BMB. The only potentially real one is their “Value Vault” store in a Mall which appears to be a front to project legitimacy. I spoke to E.... at the store to confirm operating hours.
3. Phone number out of order:
Their 800 # is out of service. When it was operational no one ever answered.
4. Fake Reviews:
Negative reviews are often followed by a wave of generic 4-5 star reviews in an attempt to bury the honest reviews. Especially watch for the positive reviews about their beta / retail program.
This is where the bait and switch occurs. They upgraded me from Amazon/ Ebay to their "Beta / Retail Program". It exceeded my expectations. But payouts were ALWAYS late, even up to a month. They convinced me of their selling power, then required a new contract and bigger re-investment. There was no reason to doubt based on performance. Once I reinvested ALL SALES STOPPED! Contact was ignored, or I was given lots of empty promises and lies. When I threatened to make this info public they started a plan to pay me out every 2 weeks. The payouts have been tiny. This week $45. They have over $31k of my investment and they paid me $45 this week. WATCH OUT!!!
5. Frequent Rebranding:
The company has operated under various names, including Build My Brand, tomparkerCo, Digital Supply Inc., and appears to now be transitioning to or affiliated with Value Vault. Ive found 8 different websites.
6. BAD REVIEWS
Research their reviews on Reddit, Trustpilot, SiteJabber, Ripoff Report, Google Reviews, PissedConsumer, ComplaintsBoard (under build my brand) and the BBB. The common theme is significant financial loss, disappearing, unfulfilled promises, ghosting, ignoring refund demands, promising to refund then ghosting, lies, blatant breach of contract.
Nothing is real here, addresses, phone numbers, contracts, promises, payouts and possibly names of contacts. The main owner has an American name yet he is African. They are criminals!
While their services and offerings appear innovative and appealing, the delivery is non-existent, communication is deplorable, the monetary losses are devastating. My experience has been brutal and stressful beyond belief for almost a year, creating financial hardship.
Please exercise extreme caution and investigate thoroughly before investing.

I’ve owned my Shopify website for three years. I came across Tom Parker and decided to give them a try. I do like the design of my website but the turnaround time for adding products to my site was a little longer than expected. I was able to get a few sales through eBay which I’m very excited about. So far I’m satisfied with their services.
Tom Parker did a good job on our e-commerce website but we did have to request a few changes to how it was originally designed. The luxury clothing they preload your store with sells pretty good. It looks like last year season. We signed up for their Executive package. Our Amazon store is waiting verification. Overall they offer a pretty good service.
One of the few companies out there they actually sells you a profitable ecommerce business. I'm in the process of having a few changes done to my Shopify store but I'm excited that both my eBay and Amazon store is up and running. Both stores bring in consistent revenue. I really like a lot of the designer brands they source.
I became a client of Tom parker a few months ago I'm glad I made the investment in there Luxury dropping Business. Both my Amazon and eBay stores are consistently bringing in sales. I would like a little more communication in regards to my Shopify store being completed.
Tom Parker & Co is one of the best!! There's a lot of companies that claim you will make money buying there turnkey business but I can honestly say this has been a wonderful and educating experience. They really took their time with the design of my Shopify store and the brands of clothing they source are great sellers.
So far my experience with Tomparker & Co has been good. The turnaround time to launch my stores were set back due to good reasons but overall my Shopify and eBay stores has generated consistent revenue. Iv'e always wanted to sell designer clothing and shoes and Tom Parker made that a reality for me.
After about a month my eBay, Amazon, and Shopify store were loaded with some pretty nice designer clothing. Shortly after sales started to roll in and by the third week I've made a nice amount money.
My experience with Tom Parker has been a good one so far. I have about 200 products listed in my Shopify store and 100 in my ebay store and sales have been steady for most part. Through their Luxury vendor i have access to high end designer clothing, shoes, and accessories which I would like to purchase a few pieces for myself. I'm still waiting on my address to be verified so I can start selling on Amazon. Overall they have done a great job at helping me jump start my ecommerce business.
