I was really nervous on the day, and there was technical issues, the invigilator was really kind, and literally went step by step on how to fix the issue. I was feeling stupid at first, but he was genuine really helpful, and kind. Which helped me to stay calm. I think he’s name was Martin. I did functional skill leve2 maths on the 24th of Feb, and received my results 10 days later. Glory to God I passed.

From the outset BMH training have been brilliant. The booking system was really easy and I particularly liked different payment options available. The exam set-up was straight forward, with no need to add any additional software to my laptop.
I really liked the option to have the same invigilator for each assessment. It was a great personalised approach to what can be a daunting assessment.

I had an excellent experience booking my exam—it was quick and straightforward, with no hassle at all. The process was smooth, and I was impressed to receive my results within just six working days, Yippee and guess what , I passed finally.

I did my remote Maths exam with an invigilator on the 26/01/2025. I was amazed how we could still find some professional, yet amazing and kind hearted people. I'm describing my invigilator on the day, her name was Joanne Wills a patient lady, who supported me through my technical issues, without stress and pressure.

Thank you to BMH training. Sat my exam on the 22.07.24 and have received my results today 01.08.24, very quick timescale. Having struggled to pass I have finally done it. The invigilator was very kind and understanding and talked me through things before the exam. Thank you again

I highly recommend this company. It was simple to book using their booking system. I bought the level 2 functional skills book from Amazon and worked my way through it. Once completed, I booked the exam. I had a few questions before the exam and each time I emailed my average response time was 10 MINUTES!!! One very satisfied customer. Although I did pass first time, the resit fees are very reasonable. I did pay for a tutor, and they forwarded me the PowerPoint of the info provided during that hour. It meant I didn't have to spend the hour frantically scribbling info. Best wishes to anyone sitting an exam.

I do not recommend at all, first of all the tutor had gotten my name wrong even though it's on my profile and email, which I find disrespectful, the tutor i had took a month and my mother emailing and contacting the company to get back to a 24hr result for one of my exams and took the same time when i had corrected my answers. Along with the fact when I had reviewed my exam he was just reading what I had put in my answer and told me to do what I had already done?? so this is a waste of my time and it doesn't even teach me anything it just makes you go through different exams which for me is not helpful. And for £300 in desperate need of passing my maths for a course, I'm disappointed with how the whole system is working and will not recommend this to anyone at all. i just suggest going through the whole college system because at least you'll get your results on time
