BMS Transport Avis 

I booked BMS at the start of the year for my house move based on their online reputation. I had the worst experience a company can possibly deliver. Paid extra for insurance for damage. They damaged my wifes £500 desk. Their insurance refuses to compensate us appropriately. There is a crack on the top and an over expanded screw hole because of how reckless their team were at reassembling the items.

I'm truly truly truly disappointed by the customer service I got from this company, the attitude from their team on the day of my move and their insurance company as a whole.

Today, we've only been offered £100 compensation for a desk that is unrepairable. 4 months down the line and it's been a total waste of time, frustration and aggravation.

I wouldn't recommend this company to a single soul.

Delighted with the whole process, from the survey through booking in to the actual move itself. The team were professional but personable, hard-working and met all the time targets as necessary. Would definitely recommend.

Very understanding and helpful management at a difficult time of changing dates and delayed completion on our move. Excellent service on the moving days. Fragile packing was done very efficiently and safely, furniture was dismantled and reassmbled well and packing of the vehicles done with the minimum of fuss. All done with good humour.

I was recommended BMS Transport by a friend, and I’m so glad I followed their advice. From day one, it was a pleasure working with the BMS team. Their professionalism, clear communication, and expertise made the entire moving process smooth and almost stress free.
The team was incredibly reliable and flexible, even accommodating several last minute changes without any issues. I’m also using their storage facilities, which have been convenient and secure. On top of that, they helped me responsibly recycle some leftover furniture in the new house, something they didn’t have to accommodate but made the experience that much better.

Mark and William accommodated our belongings in a Luton Van.

They packed and moved meticulously with great care as if it was their own belongings into our new flat in the first floor.

They used giant cling film to walk and move things without greasing or damaging the carpets. They both were an excellent team.

On the whole, BMS team did an outstanding job. We recommend them highly.

The lads we dealt with, Paul and Aaron, were absolutely faultless, absolute gentlemen from the moment we met them, could not possibly be more obliging and leave us at ease as they did, two of the best tradesmen Ive ever dealt with, both were so professional, operated with such friendliness and efficiency, wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company and specifically these two men whatsoever, gentlemen of the highest order.

BMS made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable and exciting. The staff from booking the initial appointment were very accommodating and were able to fit us in straight away providing us a competitive quote within 24 hours of first contact. The staff on the day could not have been more pleasant, and there was always a can-do attitude even when we thought the van would run out of space, we cannot believe how much we had! I honestly would not use any other company and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all the staff we had the pleasure of dealing with.

BMS have been wonderful in many ways. They have been responsive, understanding and very patient with a fraught move that was postponed repeatedly. (Note: there is a charge for postponing). The move itself was a bit complicated as some stuff was going into storage. The two teams who wrapped and boxed all my stuff were absolutely wonderful: everything, including some fragile ceramics, arrived intact, furniture was dismantled and put together again efficiently, the piano made it safely. Absolutely lovely people who made the move nearly a doddle.

Smoothest move thanks to Mark, Rhys and the team! The guys packed my possessions with care and successfully transported everything from London to Winchester, keeping good humour and attention to detail on a very long day. So grateful!

Price was competitive. 3 hard-working guys packed everything without any complaints on one day and 4 guys moved us very efficiently on the next day. No request or change of mind was an issue. We moved over the weekend and BMS Transport eliminated most of our stress by packing, clearing our house in an efficient and professional manner.
