I am still discovering a catalogue of errors caused by this removal company. They removed the doors to my fridge, cut the cable and failed to inform me. Took me forever to figure out why my fridge was no longer working and turns out that it was these unprofessional bunch. Sofa bottoms put on back to front! and did not clear my whole house

ALSO SURREY REMOVALS!!!! SCAM FRAUDULENT COMPANY
ALSO SURREY REMOVALS!!!!! AVOID THIS SCAM AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!
My experience with this company calls surrey removals too is a nightmare!!!!
They collected all of my belongings for an international move and then stopped responding to my calls and emails during the most critical time. I am in another country without knowing where my entire household was and without receiving any clear information. Is a stolen? I’m not sure yet!!!!!!!!
I had to travel from another country, involve the police, and spend thousands of pounds trying to recover my belongings AND I COULDNT SINCE ONE MONTH AGO. I am still trying to recover the money I lost as a result of this situation and have started legal action and filed complaints with the relevant UK consumer authorities.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company do thorough research before trusting them with their possessions. I hope no one else has to go through the stress, financial loss, and uncertainty that my family and I have experienced.

Terrific company especially all teams
The team led by Zahur, punctual, friendly and delivered the moving of my household goods with ease and with a smile...yes, all 3 of them.
The company stated right upfront that their service delivery would go without issue, and they were correct. Cannot fault the company or the teams, that includes Brian, Sara and Alli or was it Annie, my apologies if I got names wrong. Admin team were so upbeat and engaging with laughter, and I imagine with smiles too.
Thank you all. I hope the second phase of my move goes as well.

Inaccurate quoting - van far too small
Punctual and hard working staff. Very inaccurate quoting service in advance (despite video tour), which meant van was far too small and major items were left behind.
