À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
We are an Australian owned company based in Sydney, that offers a unique range of products in the Health & Beauty, Anti-Aging, Skin Care, Hair Care and General Wellbeing sectors. We have been in operation since 2017 and have had the privilege of serving thousands of everyday Australians in their endeavours to live healthier & happier lives. Our team is consistently exploring the Australian, North American, European & Asian markets for products that in a general sense, can be difficult for Australians to obtain due to international shipping costs & import taxes. Our sole intent is to be able to offer our loyal Australian customers a safe space to shop at a trusted localised hub, where they can access genuine products at an affordable price, without having to wait an age for delivery. We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and dispatching orders within 24 hours of a purchase being made. We sincerely thank each & every one of our customers for their support & can't wait to welcome new customers to our online family!

HI Grace, thank you for your feedback. We ensure that the size of every product is clear and visible for each product listing. We're sorry you feel it was small for the price, but I can assure you the sizes of our skin care products are very mainstream and our pricing is in line with our competitors. A lot of products we have cannot be sourced anywhere in Australia, so on occasion the cost to import products so that they become locally accessible for our customers, does get factored into our pricing. We hope you understand.
