We are an Australian owned company based in Sydney, that offers a unique range of products in the Health & Beauty, Anti-Aging, Skin Care, Hair Care and General Wellbeing sectors. We have been in operation since 2017 and have had the privilege of serving thousands of everyday Australians in their endeavours to live healthier & happier lives. Our team is consistently exploring the Australian, North American, European & Asian markets for products that in a general sense, can be difficult for Australians to obtain due to international shipping costs & import taxes. Our sole intent is to be able to offer our loyal Australian customers a safe space to shop at a trusted localised hub, where they can access genuine products at an affordable price, without having to wait an age for delivery. We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and dispatching orders within 24 hours of a purchase being made. We sincerely thank each & every one of our customers for their support & can't wait to welcome new customers to our online family!

The taste was worst every time I tried to drink I would vomit. I spend so much money for one packet and it wasn’t worth it.

Apart from the great product - prompt delivery, and well packed, every time.
I made a mistake and they communicated with me to double check. Have had some lousy service from others lately so it was really lovely to know someone was willing to put in some time to write me an email

Needs more tracking updates sent via sms
I was happy with how quickly my item arrived but I do wish the tracking was more clear as I did not know when it was coming or that it had arrived and was at the local post office waiting for collection until 5 days after it had arrived. Normally if I am not home it is left in a safe place in my letter box at my house.

Hi Angela! Thank you for your review and apologies for the delay in the physical collection of your parcel. Unfortunately, the tracking is provided to us by Australia Post and they are in control of delivery and if it is left at your premises or taken to your LPO etc. Genuinely wish we were able to do more to assist this process!
