Wonderful product of the highest quality! I ordered frankincense oil from many different places and countries but they were all fake or low quality but the one I ordered from Bomar is genuine high quality Boswellia Carterii frankincense oil, with great price and fast and secure delivery! I love bomar it’s definitely legit but I have to give you guys two stars because your customer service is absurd. Every time you make mistakes with my order which luckily only happened twice you never get back to me no matter how many emails I send. You only replied once and since then I haven’t heard from you including all the emails I’ve sent about asking information about stock which you clearly state on your website to email you for more information. I don’t understand the ignorance from your side and the lack of communication because you are a great supplier.

This is by far the best company I've ever dealt with - really high quality products, great prices and second to none customer service- they really go above and beyond.

First time to order with Bomar and it certainly wont be my last. I’m delighted with the product, the quick delivery within a 24 hour period and the wrapping up of the glass bottles for transport was perfectly done to avoid any breakage.

The worst after service shop I ever experienced in my life, the shop keeper is so rude with a bad attitude, I waited for 3 months to get a replacement band for a Hamilton watch that got ripped apart after few weeks from purchase and (not covered under guarantee), I come inside the shop and waited for 10 min for the shop keeper to give me the band only to be asked rudely “wait for me to take care of browsing customer” or come back another time!!! When I insisted to just pay for the band and let me go which would take a minute.. she then goes nasty and tell me that I am not Ok!!!! I told her thanks for the insult and I will leave you this nice review so here it is . Please shop anywhere else!

I have been using Bomar for many years now because I love the quality of products that they offer. However, I have noticed in my time dealing with them that if you have an issue of some kind they choose to ignore you and fail to respond or resolve in anyway. Being the main distributor of such products in the country should not camouflage this fact.

To raise the level of customer service will make the company more friendly and give a sense of customer care subsequently in line with the products they offer. Just take out the chill 🌬🌨❄ and add some warmth 🌞🌝☀ to your service.

Before discovering Bomar, I had been buying my incense, crystals and essential oils from overseas online sellers for years, and only stumbled upon this website when trying to source distilled water (Bomar is one of the few places this can be found for sale in small quantities in Ireland), and I am very happy I found this shop. I really like their visually pleasing and well-designed website with clear photos of all products and intuitive layout, making it a pleasure to browse - I actually spend over two hours just looking through their extensive range of products. I haven't seen such a wide variety of high quality essential oils anywhere else in Ireland, and most of them are available as both organic and non-organic in a variety of sizes. They also stock White Sage, something I hadn't been able to find elsewhere in the country. Sadly, my favourite incense, Satya Sai Baba Oodh was sold out when I placed my order, but I plan to stock up when they get more in. When I needed help with my order, my email enquiries were promptly responded to by the friendly and helpful staff at Bomar, Eithne and John, who really went out of their way to help me - thanks guys! Something else I love about this store is the shipping charges, which are very reasonable for shipping anywhere in Ireland, regardless of the weight of the order. I bought 5 litres of distilled water, and a selection of other items, and the total shipping charges only came to 8 Euros. On top of that, the order was in my hands in less than two days! I was also impressed with the quality of the packaging; my order arrived in a solid cardboard box, and all the contents were securely packed to avoid damage in transit. I am genuinely pleased that I can now locally source many of the items I previously had to search for on Amazon UK. I'm much happier supporting a local Irish business and reducing my carbon footprint, than adding to the coffers of a billionaire. I look forward to doing a lot more shopping with Bomar in the future - definitely worth checking out!
