Great product, very comfortable, natural fabric, lots of colors...just love it

First and foremost I really like the comfort and quality of the bras. A few years ago a good friend recommended and thought I would like them, and she was right. Also appreciate the response and help when I had a problem with an order. Highly recommend both the company and the bras. I have not yet tried any other products from Boody.

Although I ended up not loving one of the items I ordered (the bra padding got completely skewed around when I washed and dried the article), the quick response and several discussions I had with staff were very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. They handled my criticisms with utmost respect and attention. They also are in the process of finding a 'fix' for my criticism in future versions of the item. They are a great company to do business with!

I’ve ordered a few times from this brand because of the great quality and comfort. There was one pair of underwear missing from my recent order, (which was totally understandable, because it was a large order), and they were SUPER FAST to resolve the issue. TOP NOTCH customer service!!! I have never had a response quicker than I got from Boody via email. The whole correspondence was done within 20 minutes, which blew my mind. Thanks again!

I was sure that the first bra was malformed/pattern error, and returned it. The replacement arrived and it is no different. The scoop of the front is the same as the scoop of the back. I don't want my breasts to be unsupported by this insane pattern. Somehow, I was told by someone that patterns vary by color. That is very weird. Now I know that I cannot buy any more bras from Boody, and I am very disappointed.

I started ordering a few products from Boody last summer and found a couple that I love, specifically the classic bamboo panties (not the Lyolyte). Over the past year they have consistently been my favorite undies, so I ordered 3 more pairs and they are much smaller ( to be clear I ordered all the same size as my own weight has not changed). When the new panties arrived and I put the first pair on they felt significantly tighter, so I held them up to my original pair, and then measured, and they were more than a full inch narrower at the waist. This seemed like a legitimate issue to me but when I contacted customer support I was told that I was just 'feeling' like they were tighter and to expect some variation. I was also told to use the sizing chart which was a moot point since I'd already ordered a pair previously. When I sent pictures of the panties showing the measured size difference, customer service seemed interested and asked me to send them the Batch number. They offered to help me return the panties and told me there would be a 9.95 charge for returning them. I asked if that charge could be waived since I believed the fault to be in the product. I was told my request would be forwarded to a different department or area and I have not heard from them again. No product is worth the condescending and resistant customer service. I will not be buying from them again.

My order took almost 3 weeks to be delivered but I love the products so I'm happy with my purchase.

Boody products are some of the most comfortable personal items I've ever worn. So comfortable during the hot summers and workouts. Also, their customer service is next level. Highly recommend their products and their company, every interaction with them has been a pleasure.

Boody has great products. I love my underwear and all other products I have purchased.
When I have a question I get an answer very quickly.

The service is friendly but I was unable to exchange 3 pairs of boy shorts still in their packages for 2” seamless under shorts.
I found that the boy short rode up each side of my bottom and was really uncomfortable. Sorry to be negative but they don’t fit me well.

A t-shirt bra I had only worn a couple of time broke. The strap just broke loose at the back of the bra and I was, first, floored as Boody's quality is amazing. I inquired about an exchange and, even though the bra arrived in January and it was now June, they took care of me and sent me a new bra and told me to keep the broken one and try to fix. I LOVE Boody clothing, socks, bras and underwear and will until I die.

I like the allergen friendly products and eco friendly idea.

I love my new underwear. It feels so good, just the right amount of support. And I love that it is bamboo and natural. I really wish that the underwear came in more fun colors other than just neutrals. Every time I have ordered the blue has been sold out. The first time I ordered my bras were not the right size and the return process was very easy. I definitely think the bras run a little bit small. The underwear is accurate sizing. I also purchased some new pajamas and love how cool and comfortable they feel.

My first order never showed up even though the tracking said delivered. I emailed customer service and received a response within a few minutes of my email. They resent my order and rushed the delivery. My order arrived quickly and I LOVE the bra. It is cute and comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!

I originally left a message upset about their return policy, having no exceptions for the return shipping even if something is not mentioned in their description. However, they were allowed me to exchange it for free, and I am really appreciative that they went above and beyond to satisfy one customer, so I revise my review and recommend this company.

Shopping with Boody was very easy: the website's UX design is very intuitive, making it easy to navigate; the checkout and payment processing systems is standard, and it conveniently allows for multiple methods of payments; the media showcasing the merchandise is true to the product's quality and offers multiple perspectives of the merchandise for better viewing; and shipping and delivery was sufficiently speedy, and the tracking systems was at par with today's standards.

Although, not so much of a fault as it is a concern, supply could run short for in-demand merchandise(s), which may be inconvenient for many.

Overall, I haven't had a bad experience as of yet, thus I'll positively recommend shopping with Boody not only for the overall shopping experience, but as well as for their mission and the nature of the business' practices, which is sustainability, environmental consciousness, and quality.

I love Boody so much. There products are wonderful, natural fibers, well designed, and so comfortable. They are well priced for the level of quality. Even their customer service is top notch, which is a rarity nowadays.

I made an error when i placed my order. I keyed my email in wrong! They helped me find my order and it arrived in a very timely manner! The fabric is wonderful. I’ve been wearing the leggings and undies for years and they hold up very well through all the washing

I love all my products from Boody. Good quality and healthy for my body. I only wish you offered more plus size options. The XL leggings fit but are almost too small. :)
