I loved the fact I could customise my gift box and it came packaged much better than I thought. Such a good gift idea

I was looking for a present for my mums birthday and really didn't want to send flowers again.

I happened across BookBlock and was impressed with the options and presentations. I put together a bos of bits from the extensive options. She was thrilled and said it was absolutely beautiful.

I will definitely be using again many times in the future

There was a good variety to choose from but would you consider offering small treats of £1- £3 value that one can add as fillers to include in a box?

Bookblock have some of the nicest personalised cards out there! I also love their customisable gifts, a lot classier than some of the competitor's sites! Will be back to order more soon!

I ordered a customised box and selected all of the items to go inside. There was a great selection of products to choose from. My friend loved every item and she also loved the box it came in. Would recommend the customised gift boxes. I found it easier to place the order on a computer rather than mobile device because you can see the list of available products better

All products are really unique, loved my shopping experience and the shipping was really fast my friend who got it was surprised by the way it was managed and wrapped on, everything was perfect and before I expected it to get to its destination.

Really sweet gifts that my friend loved. My only disappointment was with the delivery. In fairness it arrived very quickly but my friend was not home when they tried to deliver it. I then got a notification saying it had been moved to a Sainsbury’s and would need picking up. As I don’t live anywhere near her I had to tell her to she would have to go pick it up which kind of ruined the whole surprise of the gift and felt like it beat the whole purpose of using a service like this. Other than that a good service.

Bought 2 items as a gift for my daughter. Free gift box was nice and order arrived quickly. My one issue was the £5.99 postage which was a little steep.

I bought 2 boxes for birthday gifts. I custom made each and the selection of items was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable. The boxes were shipped quickly and well packaged. Both recipients were really pleased. I will definitely be using this site again and would recommend to everyone.

I ordered a dried bouquet from Bookblock and was very excited to receive it. Sadly when it arrived some of the flowers had been swapped out for other, less impressive types than those that were shown in the image online. I contacted Bookblock by email immediately asking them to arrange a return and refund/exchange, however they did not reply. It's now a month later and even though I've chased a couple of times I still haven't heard anything. Very disappointing!

A great selection of vegan and eco products which made a lovely Mother’s Day hamper. It arrived in good time too.

Your website suggests you can order for delivery to
Italy but my order was then cancelled because you can't do that. Big waste of time. I appreciate the email I received letting me know but this should have been mentioned at check out to avoid time wastage.
