Great selection
I was recommended books please and have been happy with all of my orders. They offer a great selection of genres and some titles we have struggled to find anywhere else.
The books are always well packaged and in great condition. So far we've noticed the prices are lower than most book shops which is a bonus!

Disappointing
My book was delivered damaged. I reached out to this company for resolution, informing them that I needed the book by Saturday as it was purchased as a gift. With this knowledge, a member of staff -Victoria- gave me the option to send back the damaged book and assured me they would expedite a replacement. This was not the case. When I reached out to request an update on the Thursday, I received a response on the Friday stating that my replacement would be sent out in 4 days - 3 days after the date I needed the gift. I emailed Victoria back that same day expressing my disappointment and to this day I have been ignored. Safe to say I will not be using this company again.

Good packaging, customer service
My books arrived well packaged with bubble wrap and corner protectors. Unfortunately, one book came with the wrong cover, but customer service refunded me since it was an international order and my first time ordering. Hope that they can update the cover image on the website soon. Shipping time is acceptable (<2 weeks).

Delivery service
The actual deliver date is much far from the estimated date. It takes too long from the order placed to the order delivered.

Well packaged and excellent condition
Books arrived well packaged and in perfect condition - loved this collection of free bookmarks.
Delivery can take a little longer than some other suppliers but I appreciate that my books all arrive together and I get updates on their delivery.
