2 orders and problems with both

Thanks for your reply to send an email. I emailed again, no response but I did receive my refund. I decided to take another chance and order 3 books from you, one of which arrived damaged. I emailed on the 18th of May, again no response, and then I emailed again on the 13th of May, no reply again. Wanted it to work so I can continue to order books from you but it's such as a shame that I don't feel I can order from you again. 2 orders and both terrible experiences.
Ordered 3 books to take on holiday. 6 days later I emailed to ask when they were due and told me one of them was out of stock and they asked what I would like them to do. I asked if they could send my other 2 books and refund the out of stock. I then received an automated refund and cancellation of my whole order. No email confirmation or replies had been given to this email. The refund is still pending 18 days later. Disappointed with the lack of communication and no books for my holiday.

Book ordered March 2026
I ordered a book from Booksplease which was delivered promptly and reliably. The price for the book I ordered was cheaper with this site, compared to other sites and some of the bookstores. I would definitely order from Booksplease again.

Extremely disgusted with…
Extremely disgusted with Booksplea.se!!!! For the first time EVER they let me down BIG TIME!!!!
Sent me a book, that was supposed to be Brand New. But as soon as I opened the parcel I was met with some sticky stuff that has stopped me from opening the last 4 pages of the book! Also the front cover is all bent at the bottom, and the back has brown what looks like some sort of glue/parcel tape along the majority of the back cover!!!
There is an ink blot inside the front cover, and the paper quality is like the book has been printed on a home computer!
After contacting Booksplea.se they agreed to me having to send back for a full refund!
Yet again I am having to sort out someone else's problem at the company, who just couldn't be bothered!!!!
Let down and p****d off with this company, so WON'T BE USING THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!
