As a first time buyer I went into the mortgage/ house buying process without much of an idea what I was doing. I would highly recommend Kathryn she was a great help explaining the processes and she kept you in the loop with everything going on and made the process as simple as possible.

Kathryn our advisor was fantastic. She replied almost instantly and went above and beyond to secure us a mortgage with a really good rate, and made the whole process as easy as it could be. Highly recommend!

I would give more stars if I could!! After being let down by another broker I found Boon Brokers which has been the biggest blessing. We had Nathan as our Broker and he has been absolutely brilliant, always quick to respond to my emails, has the patience of a saint! Never have felt like a bother to them. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone, especially first time buyers. Thank you very much Nathan for making this such a stress free process, we will certainly be back at the end of our first mortgage term!

My partner and I worked with Jay Blackaby. We started the process hoping to move at the beginning of 2025. After working quickly with Jay to get an estimate for a mortgage amount and discussing different rates we agreed to postpone to a later date when we could get a larger mortgage.
When we came back to Jay in early 2026, we picked up exactly where we left off. We continued on with immense speed and got straight to it.
