Everything went well from start to finish, everyone on duty that day were very friendly and accommodating.

Visited Boots Opticians in Kingston Centre, Milton Keynes and will NEVER go there again. Was greeted by a man who told me I'd have to rebook as I was late as next customer was due in soon..
I was only 5 minutes late!!!! Was made to feel like I was nuisance as he continued to tell me that I had had a test within last 2 years so would not get a free test (despite being over 60) and didn't listen when I explained i was struggling to see computer screen.

Well done to this member of staff - you've lost my business, and that of my family too!!

Visited Frome branch last week to get my glasses repaired as bridge pads had come adrift, the two young ladies were extremely helpful, friendly and sorted out the problem efficiently.

Went to chelmsford boots opticians. My boots glasses frame had broken. Lovely helpful lady called Julie replaced them after looking at them within 15 mins very good service.

Shuhena Khan was very thorough in her assessment she clearly knows what she is doing I had a detailed examination for neurological purposes

Sana and Hassan in the Birmingham High street branch were just excellent. Talked us through every step of the process and provided all relevant advice and options available.

I visited boots opticians today with my 80 year old father. They were so patient and through with him. Absolutely fantastic service, the lovely young assistant Katie and the optician Reenal were amazing

The Optometrist James Ma was professional and thorough explaining every stage of my test . He answered all my questions and gave me lots of good advice about my eyes . I would definitely recommend him .

Optomerist Rajvi (Gudka) was open, warm, friendly and highly professional in her dealings with me when carrying out my eyesight test.

They called me up to say my contact lenses have arrived and booked me in for Saturday for fitting, then when when I turn up for the appointment they tell me I have to book an appointment 2 weeks away because they dont do contact lense fittings on a Saturday. not a good experience very tempted to go elsewhere

It was very easy to get an appointment. I had tests done as soon as I arrived and was see by the optician who was lovely. She listened to the difficulties I was having and carried out more tests explaining everything well and was very reassuring. She suggested I had some more tests where she would dilate the eye with drops so she could see my eyes in more detail. I have agreed to this and have an appointment next week. I am very happy with the service I received.

Seamless. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

All staff were pleasant and efficient. I received prompt service from all. The Optometrist explained everything and was lovely. Shashma helped me choose my frames.
