Speedy delivery, and once heated up as per your instructions - delicious! I’m 20 weeks pregnant and your doughnuts are my craving and treat! Thanks for making such fab ones.

Following a mix up with our requested delivery date, Borough22 very kindly sent us an additional box free of charge. Now my belt is too tight.

Customer service was polite and efficient.

Very disappointed with Borough 22. Paid almost £40 for 6 gluten free doughnuts for my friend who is coeliac. When they arrived they looked nothing like the pictures on the website. They were not delivered with the care or packaging I’d expect for such an expensive product. The actual doughnuts were inedible. Dry, dense, bashed about. I contacted B22 who’s responded was to offer me discount on another online purchase, which obviously I wouldn’t take another chance on. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t buy again.

Like they had someone new make doughnuts with no recipe or kitchen equipment. They were vile, tough, stale and like they had been made six months ago.

May a suggest a change from doughnut making to making projectiles for an arms company, there are many wars on after all.

Gluten free product are usually very stale and tasteless but not this one. You can tell thought and care have been applied and every ingredient is tastefulllll.
My favorite are the raspberry Doughnuts.

Gluten free was like lead and dripping in oil. Not the best, certainly didn’t warrant the £6/doughnut they cost.

We were really excited to try these gluten & dairy free donuts, so we bought a box of 6 from Selfridges, at almost £35 for 6 donuts, they are not cheap. Sadly, we were very disappointed to find all the donuts tasted a bit stale, despite being eaten the day they were purchased, and we found the donuts very greasy.

I was so excited to try Borough 22 doughnuts and waited in a long queue at a gluten free food festival. I paid £30 for a box and they were awful. So tough and chewy. Someone told me they are better warm, so I warmed one through at home to try and they made the outside even drier and tougher. So disappointed.

June 2025; Spoke to the customer care team and they re sent out my order. Fantastic service, quick to respond and sort the problem.
They arrived today at 2pm and the box weighed half what it did last time, the doughnuts felt fresh and light! Followed the instructions again and OMG!!!
Beautiful soft and warm doughnuts with lovely tasting fillings (have eaten 2 already in 2 hours of arriving!)
The difference between my first and second delivery is night and day!!! They are soo good!! This is how they should have been the first time round! I will be ordering again!! Cannot wait to get into the other 4 flavours! The chocolate covered one was sooo good!!
Thank you for making this lady with allergies so happy….now off to have another one 😋

May 2025; Debated writing this review but so disappointed. I don’t want anyone else to spend £40 on unedible doughnuts, so disappointed was looking forward to having these for our wedding anniversary.
Ordered 6 baked and couldn’t eat any of them so dense dry and thick.

I have missed jam donuts so much and these did not disappoint. They were beautifully full of jam, so soft and tasted amazing. Thank you for all your hard work making such delicious donuts for us gluten free folk.

Lovely tasting doughnut (only had one so far and frozen the rest), the texture is amazing!

The team were amazing in helping me with my order after I’d made a few errors on the website. They were really responsive and genuinely helpful!!

Had been looking forward to trying these donuts for a few months. I also told my daughter about them (we are both coeliac) and we both were very excited to be going to London to try these! They did not disappoint! They were so delicious! I ordered some for delivery for my cousin’s birthday and she loved them too!
My daughter and I can’t wait to eat them again. Next time, I will make sure to order more as they were eaten too easily and quickly!

The team were really responsive when I had made a mistake relating to the order. My daughter is enjoying having 'real' donuts again after many years of not being able to.

I was so excited to try Borough 22 Doughnuts and travelled up to Selfridges mid-day to try and get my hands on some. I spent around £32 on 6 and I honestly was pretty disappointed.

-Quite of a few of them did not seem fresh at all
-Despite buying 6 different flavours, they all tasted pretty much the same. The only one which stood out was the Boston cream- probably because of the chocolate

Overall it was a bit underwhelming and I probably wouldn’t buy again although happy I tried them!

Really disappointed. I spent £12 on 2 donuts at the Selfridges Foodhall yesterday and they were inedible. I can only compared them to the texture of an old dried out sticky toffee pudding. I threw both away, what a waste of money.

Awful doughnuts - avoid at all costs! Doughnuts were purchased and eaten a few hours later but they were unbelievably dry and inedible! At almost £20 for three doughnuts that ended up in the bin, I was very disappointed. Reached out to customer service but was ignored!
