Service was exactly as promised with the grass seed delivered the following day! The seed was applied and germinated after 8/9 days so the product was also as promised

Second order I have given this company and delivery was lost the first time and very late the second time with no response or communication from them poor poor service

Quick and efficient service. Premium seed is taking well.

Raked up the dead grass loosed the patches with a chisel spread over the grass seed then topped it off with a sprinkling of top soil. Watered after 10 days and some good rain a blanket of new grass. Even had to top cut after 14 days. Blended perfectly into the existing lawn

15kg of seeds and 20kg of fertiliser granules ordered. The seeds arrived fine on a next day service but no fertiliser. Following contact with the BS office, the package was eventually delivered by DHL, but had clearly been damaged in transit and some product lost. After a quick email to the office, they very kindly sent out another package and suggested I keep the damaged one. Great customer service and communication from the team at Boston Seeds. If only DHL were as good…..!

A slight delay on delivery, missing the ideal weather for sowing the grass seed. Otherwise good, thank you.

From date of purchase to delivery it took three days, had the sites prepared sown the seed within a week the grass had sprouted and it has steadily progressed apart from the squirrels bearing their nut in the new grass. Its a quality product why i never used them before i don't know as i wasted pounds on seed from Wickes and Garden Centre which failed miserably you live and learn.

Easy to order very quick delivery & seeds have only been down 2weeks and we have lovely green shoots. Would really recommend this company & product.

I ordered some grass seed and fertiliser from Boston seeds and asked for advice about whether remnants of grass seed from a previous order would still be ok to use. A friendly and knowledgeable lady advised the seed should be viable for about 15 months . I reseeded the lawn using a mixture of the older and newly supplied seeds and following the long awaited rain the lawn is sprouting new thicker growth .
