Amazing from start to finish. Ordered 2 varieties of grass seeds, they came well packaged, delivered on time and after a week of overseeding my garden, I can see most of them sprouting through the topsoil!

No delivery - DHL failure
No delivery. Your courier DHL emailed me daily for 4 days to say “out for delivery” and they never showed up. Now their system does not recognise the shipping number.
I contacted you yesterday and you obviously looked up the DHL tracking system which was a complete fable. I have no fertiliser!. Please take action and get a reliable delivery service. I like your products - not your courier.

Unfortunately as Boston Seeds use Evri
Unfortunately as Boston Seeds use Evri, the delivery service is less than reliable. After a few conversations with the CS team as at Boston Seeds they managed to get the package delivered by DHL.
