A personal touch to resolve an issue
This is a company that values it's customer's experience to the point that the owner of the business took made contact to get to the bottom of the situation and come to a resolution.
Starting my subscription with this company just over 3 weeks ago, there were a couple of "teething issues" that when totted up did cause some frustration. However I found them easy to contact, extremely responsive and genuine in their approach.
The product itself is of a high standard. If you use this company and run into any issues, I would urge you to reach out to them. They will find a way to make it right.

Food was very bland and they keep trying to take money out my account everyday even though i have cancelled the subscription after the second week when they told me I MUST pay for 2 weeks and now they keep trying to take money for the 3rd week everyday. They are not replying to emails either this business is not run professionally, I have had to contact my bank SCAMMERS

Your review was written the day after you contacted us, and I can confirm that you did receive a response within one week of your original email. We do not respond within 24 hours, as we prioritise investigating and resolving customer concerns rather than a rushed reply.
You can cancel at any time through your personal dashboard. This process triggers a series of automated actions that would have prevented the situation you described. However, you sent your cancellation request to our general email box, which meant it was not actioned automatically.
Despite this, as a gesture of goodwill, we have accepted your cancellation, and we have cancelled all payment attempts accordingly.
Given the above, we take umbrage with your characterisation of us as “scammers and unprofessional.” We have always been prompt, respectful, and accommodating.
Our apology for any inconvenience or issues you experienced still stands.

Horribly overpriced food. Didn’t seem fresh and when I asked to cancel membership I was met with the rudest customer service - NEVER order food from here.

Absolutely loving Bozu
Absolutely loving Bozu! I’ve tried quite a few meals now and I’m amazed every time. Really great variety - all fresh and full of flavour.
Something for everyone no doubt, well-balanced meals and really nice desserts. You know you’re getting exactly what you need without any compromise on taste. Highly recommend!

Been using Bozu for a good few months
Been using Bozu for a good few months, and everything from start to finish has been great. The meals are fresh and great-tasting, and the macros are recorded on the front of the tub for full transparency.I've used plenty of meal prep companies over the years they all lacked flavour and I was just eating for the health benefits and not the flavour but with bozu every meal feels like a cheat meal they taste that good.

I can’t live without Bozu
I have been ordering from Bozu for months now as I don’t have time to cook and could not be more happier. The food tastes authentic and fresh. The portions sizes are also very filling. My orders are always on time and it’s great value for money.
