Very good service
Only ordered a bag of cement on line so my partner would pick it up. Was easy to order for click & collect. Partner moaned that it was a lot of too & fhowing from shop to yard & back to shop!

Bradfords could learn a lot from Screwfix/ Toolstation slick click and collect process. Nothing wrong with the products though.

No communication on delivery date or time, Just turned up!
Good value, good quality products but no communication at all about delivery after placing an online order. They just turned up one afternoon without any warning or phone call to see if any one would be in. Fortunately my wife was in but she was not able to help the driver unload, so the driver was most put out as a consequence. All it required was one phone call to arrange a date and time but Nothing!

Once bitten....
Ok, they had what I wanted, but.... I did click and collect due to covid, so no need to go inside. Wrong! I had to go into an office to be directed to another office, to be given a ticket and trawl the yard for the yardman. Then, no we're not done yet, go back to an office to have my ticket taken off me and be given 3 dispatch sheets for my one piece of wood. Pointless, ridiculous, potentially dangerous, no I won't be using again .

Convenient ordering online out of normal business hours with the earliest available delivery date offered. A call early the next morning offering a sooner delivery ahead of expectations. All in all, a friendly and efficient service which I’m happy to recommend.

No alert given to item being in stock…
No alert given to item being in stock and had to call branch. On arriving- staff in office couldn’t find the order. Warehouse staff got the items quite quickly and then back to office staff for a 10 min. wait for receipt which I ended up leaving as it was taking so long. As I was the only customer in the place and had called a few hours earlier- not very efficient.
Can’t say I’ll be hurrying back.

Semi retired builder.
I don't usually do reviews but the person who loaded a heavy sheet of ply onto my trailer (Honiton branch) was extremely helpful. Unfortunately I don't know his name but his interaction and customer skills were excellent.
