I can’t fault the delivery driver or the materials. Poor communication from the office to me, the client, which in turn led to delays! Eventually sorted. Branch manager did apologise & I appreciate his honesty.

We urgently needed some supplies to be able to get on with our building project - but delivery couldn't happen for a couple of weeks or more so I was very impressed with the alternative system for collection from the store (Honiton) that Bradfords devised: it protects the staff AND the customers, yet still allows (by appointment, for Trade customers) for essential building supplies to be fetched. The office staff - by phone only - were also very courteous and helpful under stress of trying to organise it all. The yard gate is shut while the yard staff pick and place on a pallet the customer's online order. Then - on a pre-booked time-slot - the customer drives in and loads their own vehicle from their own pallet - while the staff keep their distance. It may be a bit slow BUT that matters far less than the alternative - to shut altogether! All the kit we bought was of the usual good quality. Well done, Bradfords - absolutely brilliant for everybody!

Despite all that's going on Bradford's delivered with a smile to keep my project going. The driver was professional, kept a healthy distance, and unloaded safely and quickly. A great job done. Thanks Bradford's for supplying when others have closed.

Quite understandable in the circumstances but 2 promised delivery dates were missed. When it did come the delivery driver did a great job in craning the oak sleepers into my back garden.

The oak sleepers themselves were of variable quality to say the least with several twisted or warped. One did not have a rectangular cross section which ,made using it rather tricky. Almost all had bits missing.
