Bradfords - Plymouth BBS Avis 

Absolutely disgusting , bought top soil, they call it bulk bags , they are the price of a ton, and on its arrival it was in 1 ton bags , BUT half filled making that half a ton. It just felt like daylight robbery.will never shop there again . To add insult to injury there were advertising free delivery over £100. The bill was £140 but no free delivery.

Great service fast and easy to collect

Really disappointed as no care what so ever was taken when loading the post crete into my van he manged to split 2 bags resulting in me deep cleaning the carpet.......

Ordered 4 coping stones - website showing 36 in stock. Travelled to store (6 miles away). On arrival was given collection chit but when I went to collect them was told they had none. Only good thing was the speed of refund.

I ordered online but when I arrived at the store nothing was ready for me to collect. I had to wait a long time for someone to deal with me and some items were not available so I had to wait even longer to get a refund.

Staff were helpful and Initial delivery time was good. Unfortunately I only received 3/4 of my order and was told the rest would be with me in one week. Now having laid most of my deck and waiting one month I’ve been told Bradfords have no idea when it’s going to be with me. I’d advise to not order online as it’s not a guarantee of receiving items in a timeframe even though you pay in advance.

All ok.click and collect easy

Bought decking, timber and screws online all paid for 2 days later Bradfords ring me up and tell me they are out of stock on the decking and won’t have any for a couple of months. I have previously bought decking from them so have to wait to make sure it matches. Why sell something you don’t have in stock ? Very Poor don’t buy unless you don’t mind waiting MONTHS for your delivery.

I ordered some fence panels, post crete and posts, and was sent an email saying that my order was being processed, so I was waiting for further confirmation and delivery date and time so I could prepare things. After about 10 days, I was at work when my daughter, who is working from home, said that Bradford's had delivered our goods and sent me some photos. The wooden fence panels were thrown onto the driveway and the post crete was there too. I would have imagined the delivery guys would have stacked the panels and post crete. But no, it looked like a fly tip site and one bag of post crete was split and I had post crete on my drive and grass. This is totally unacceptable. 3 panels were slightly damaged . I wish I was there to see what was happening as I would have said something. I feel there was a lack of respect for my property and goods.

Excellent service with quick delivery.

Only one minor criticism, the delivery text was received at 07:01 on the day stating delivery was to be that day between 07:00 and 09:00. The delivery was made without the customers knowledge and alongside a car, just a few inches away from it (no damage though). The customer didn't pick up the text until after the delivery was made. I think a text notice the day before isn't unreasonable if the customer needs to prepare an area for delivery (e.g move cars off drive).

Easy to order online, a reasonable delivery charge and a quick delivery. A marked improvement in service from when I did a click and collect order last year.
