Disappointing delivery and quality!
My order was not delivered on the day Bradfords said it would be. When it arrived two posts were not of satisfactory quality, one being twisted and the other with a large knot missing. Replacements did not arrive either on the day Bradfords said which has held the project up completely now. Replacements are now coming tomorrow I am told. Fingers crossed they arrive this time!! Overall I am very disappointed given Bradfords cost nearly twice as much the local competition but I went with them as delivery was supposed to be quicker!

Excellent service, prompt and polite. Fencing panels & posts, etc ordered for my elderly mother-in-law, the driver unloaded the items and placed them into the rear garden at her house.
