Timely fulfilment an issue
The online ordering process was simple and straight forward. The fulfilment of the order has yet to be completed; ordered on a Tuesday and not (currently) due to be satisfied until the following Thursday. Staff shortages and high demand were the reasons given. Disappointed as the website quotes 1 to 2 working days for order completion.
As a consequence I am only giving this a 3 star review. I have no doubt the order will be fulfilled correctly, as it has been before, but just not in a timely manner.

Was first delivery of the morning, driver put sand and cement where I wanted it to go driver was friendly and polite will definitely be using Bradfords again in future, price was also good

Amazing service from Chris P in taunton, I misjudged a project and needed more materials. So he went out of his way to move stuff around to get my new order to me the following day. He was polite, honest (said he couldnt promise a quicker delivery but would try) and kept me in the loop at every stage.

I didn't use items as they weren't needed, took several weeks to finally arrange for a collection aftet several attempts daily. Still haven't had my refund for the items with a shocking 20% taken off to put back in stock
