You asked for my opinion.
This new method of trading that we are all now having to get used to is obviously difficult on both sides of the counter so's to speak. But except for having to wait at the main gate for somebody to come to you ( maybe a bell or some other method for alerting the staff) I think Bradfords are adapting quite well.
