Item i ordered and had paid for was not available (was in fact out of stock), however the local team made a good effort to put this right and avoid me having a wasted trip.

Fence panel order.
Online ordering was simple and straightforward.
Followed up by branch contact from Tristan at Pool branch who was able to tell me which day the delivery was (with help from Shaun) and that it'd be in the afternoon.
Tristan was polite and professional.
The delivery was OTIF!!

Product on website hasn't been available or stocked for some time, had to get alternative which wasn't a problem but failed to deliver on date requested and agreed by them, 4 days later Product arrived.

Phone call from local store to arrange delivery within a day of the order. Delivery was made on time and with care not to damage property or materials. Will order here again.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Ordered an item with 3 in stock. On my way to collect and got a phone call to say they didn't have any - computer fault - and would take a week to get it or I drive 30mins to another branch. Had to drive 30 mins to get item from another branch. Chap on the phone was apologetic and did all he could to help me.

Great service
Ordering was easy, had a phone call to check details and give me a delivery date and on the day a text to give me a two hour slot. The wagon arrived in the time frame allocated. All good.

Easy internet purchase.
Ordered 6 sheets of flooring grade chipboard online on a Sunday afternoon and collected them Monday lunch time. No waiting around, service in the shop was prompt and courteous. I was directed to the area where the boards were kept and two very helpful assistants loaded them onto my vehicle. Have I got any complaints well, yes, but it’s the same old cry….price. Unfortunately with more demand than supply I suppose I was fortunate to find exactly what I needed when I needed it.

Everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful and kept me informed on when my delivery was due and even called me to advise one bulk bag could not be delivered due to a fault with the bag and it was going to arrive the next day instead. Certainly recommend the Redruth guys, cheers!

Secret refunds
Out of the blue I had 3 bags of gravel delivered as 1 bag as the ‘web team’ were refunded 2 bags without any communication with me what so ever. The patio slabs on the same order no where to be seen with again no communication. Delivery driver was good though.
