Asked for delivery to be dropped as…
Asked for delivery to be dropped as close to the property as possible. Was dropped just inside driveway when could have used hiab to drop further up driveway... not very useful but no contact was on site when delivery was made.. although insteuctions were left when making the order.

Fantastic customer service
I thought I should just say that the service I received from Bradfords Sherborne was second to none. From Steve, and Ashley in store, and the same Ashley again only delivering this time. Ashley in particular was kind enough to help me with my purchase into my back garden. I would have been really stuck if he hadn’t.
Im not a builder and it can be daunting as such walking into a builders merchant. I never have that with Bradfords. The delivery was on time, and I was called ten minutes before my delivery. That’s very good customer service in my book. Thanks Ashley

One of the bags split when it was being unloaded by the hiab on the truck. I don't think it was the driver's fault, more likely a defective bag from your supplier.

Excellent customer service
Today we went into Bradfords to get a washer for our dripping kitchen sink. We have not used this shop before as we thought it was mainly for tradesmen.
The man on reception directed us to the plumbing expert, Sam Johns. He was so very helpful and didn’t once make us feel silly asking questions. We ended up with new
taps, which are fitted and perfect!
We will definitely use this shop in the future and recommend you to our friends and family.

Ordered some materials to repair a fence. Delivery was prompt and free just two working days after placement of order. The price compared favourably with other suppliers online . Customer service top notch as well
