We appreciate your feedback. We use a delivery service called PARGO, which delivers to a pick up point, which allows you 8 days to collect. As with door-to-door should you not be available, the courier may not necessarily come to deliver again.

You should add more overview of the product. Atleast 5 clear pictures.

We do send an automated email advising your order is being processed. According to our records you ordered on the 27 April 2025 at 10:13am, your order was dispatched to you on the 02 May 2025. Thereafter you took delivery on the 05 May 2025 at 10:12am.Taking in consideration the public holidays and weekends, you received your order within 4 working days.
