New customer
New customer, terrible service to contact, requested 10 call backs, used WhatsApp. After 10 days still not actually spoke to anyone. No contact phone number anywhere to actually contact them.
Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. Trying to obtain a refund as they took my account over from another provider. Keep being told I’ll hear from them “soon”.

I paid upfront just before Christmas
I paid upfront just before Christmas, almost € 300.00.
The new kit arrived on 17/01/25, but no more has happened.
I understand that the company have now gone into liquation.
I understand a company called Bentley Telecom are now looking after me and my system is working OK. I just got another mail from Brdy saying it is my responsibility to return the kit to them at my own expense to Brdy in Poland before they will return my money.

Hopeless! I have had extremely low coverage for days now and endless attempts to contact Brdy have come to nothing. Their phone number comes up as unobtainable and I am getting no response from their online tech support. I can't even adjust my heating as my boiler control is now online and I may have to cancel an already paid for weekend away as I can't expect a house-sitter to put up with this
AVOID like the plague!
AVOID like the plague!! Paid nearly £300 before Christmas for premium installation and have not heard a word from the company since. Have contacted them by phone and been told they have no hardware until mid Feb. Still no contact and it’s 24th Feb. Tried to call again today, they no longer have a working phone number. Only contactable by email and chat service. Still waiting for requested refund. Rubbish company!

What ever you do, don’t bother with this company no broadband for nearly a month even though they ( when you could contact, which you can not anymore ) said a new sim was on its way, we have had to have a new supplier, they have just sent me a bill which regardless of what happens they will not be receiving. Very disappointed

I had internet from broadband shack and they were later dissolved into brdy broadband. Which at this point my internet was cancelled since the 1st January 2025. Contacted the support team on the 20 January to look into this and said it was all good not to worry and left it there. Since then they have been requesting money of me for a service they no longer provide and no longer have access to on my end. So have said I now owe £119 for a canceled service. Have contacted multiple times regarding this to try and get a response regarding this and find out what happens. Emails don't get replied to and there phone number now goes straight to voicemail.
I was advised by there team to cancel my direct debit which I did and have now been told I owe this money every day since. I have evidence of cancelled invoices on my account which to me means not outstanding as they are cancelled. After supplying this evidence to them they did not respond.
They are not helpful at all during this time which could have been resolved with a few quick emails back and forth.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Paid brdy money to ship and install the satellite in November 2024 we in February 2025 and I only have the equipment still in the hallway of my house. Have tried contacting them but heard nothing from them

Our equipment failed on Sunday, I have tried calling the customer service number, this does not connect. I have tried emailing info@brdy 3 times, no reply. I have just tried emailing the customer sales manager that I dealt with in the first instance. Awaiting response.
We have used this company for the R100 Scottish gov scheme, signing up in December. I was assured unlimited priority data under the scheme, I have email proof of this, in the first month we were capped, so for five days had 2mbps speeds. I complained, nothing changed. This is the second month and equipment failed! . So far this service has been terrible. How it can be offered as an alternative to fibre broadband is beyond me. I have cancelled my direct debit and will see if this gets a response.
In response to the comment made by BRDY - I have been emailing that address given everyday with my details. No reply …….. have cancelled dd now to see if that gets a reply

Please do not think you will be different... go by the 0-1* ratings.
I thought that my experience would be different than some of the others as the company got going, however that has not been the case.
I thought that my experience would be different than some of the other review (look at reviews on Trust Pilot, especially in the UK), however that has not been the case. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but trouble from the company, poor internet service in my area, faulty items, weeks without service, ok customer service when i was a customer, but very poor customer service since i have cancelled. I was charged twice incorrectly for the kit, was charged for months that i didn't use the service and have been expecting a refund of over £200 since November 2024 (it is now February 2025). Their phone number in the UK doesn't work the majority of the time and from their chat it sounds like it has been disconnected. They do not seem to know how to deal with customers or handle customer complaints legally. Please do not think you will be different, I am currently out of pocket over £200 and have spent hours trying to resolve the situation with them and don't seem to be getting anywhere. I am not one to leave reviews usually, but their service has pushed me to leave this negative/unsatisfied review to try and warn others. I really reccommend paying a few more pounds and go with a reputable established company.
Dreadful
Dreadful. Cut off for 3 days without any warning. Recorded message on telephone to send them an email! How do you do that without a Broadband service. No mobile signal so had to use a friend's phone to email them then still no reply.
Satellite came back but now with Bentley Telecom. I paid for a year's service in October, asked for a refund of the balance but of course no reply.
No internet since 17 December 2024.

Company has dissolved
Company has dissolved, look on company house. This will effect broadband shack and brdy customers. Cancel quick, they are taking extra direct debits from customers accounts. The phone lines are disconnected and the tickets will not be responded too very soon

Been taken over by Bentley something.
Out for two days. No contact but contacted by Bentley who have taken over. Promised service would return. Which it has. Who knows what will happen next?!
Poor customer service
Was working OK but now service is down for 3 days. No information given, nobody on phones , email returned undelivered. What is going on. Very unhappy with customer service. Am now looking to move service if I don't get a response soon. In UK

Eigentlich Null Sterne. Wir haben seid gestern früh 8 Uhr schon wieder kein Internet. Kein Zugriff auf den Satelliten ‼️Wahrscheinlich haben die uns schon wieder abgeschalten, weil deren Abbuchungssystem nicht funktioniert. Mal wird vom Konto abgebucht, mal nicht. Und der Fehler liegt bei Brdy .Bei uns läuft alles über Brdy ,Heizung, Computer, Küche ,Staubsauger Roboter, Solar Stromerzeugung usw. Wir wurden gestern noch aufgefordert, uns eine App runter.zu laden. Wir sollten es über Mobile Daten machen 😡😡😡Haben wir auch gemacht, unsere Satelliten Schüssel geht online bis zum Satelliten, dann ist Ende ‼️‼️‼️MEHRMALS geschrieben, angeblich haben die jetzt plötzlich eine Störung. Bin gespannt wie lange wir dieses Mal ohne Internet hier sitzen, auf dem Dorf

UPDATE: Brdy are still taking our money, but have stopped our service. It looks like they have gone into administration according to the Caseboard website. Case no. CR-2025-MAN-000088. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
We made a bank transfer before Christmas to settle a Brdy invoice and even though our bank has confirmed that it was received by Brdy's bank and had the correct reference on it, and it's showing as paid on our Brdy portal, Brdy accounts department are saying they are unable to find it on their system and have suspended our service (!) Endless phone-calls to them and repeated requests to sort it have fallen on deaf ears and now we can't even speak to anyone, as they've withdrawn that means of contact.
