Breathing Otter Avis 

This company is not in the UK - they are in China. The koala is received is much smaller than portrayed in the photos. It is hard and not suitable for kids. When I complained they told me to return it and they would refund, but it was going to cost more than the price of the bear to post back. I am angry and annoyed!!!!!!

I would advise everyone to keep sending messages to this company, i did and eventually they refunded me the money back without having to send back, i did have to send video evidence and i sent up to 20 message and i got a refund, so please keep sending messages you will hopefully get your money back if poor quality or broken

Just like everyone else has said, absolutely awful quality, I really wish I'd have checked the reviews before I purchased them. One broke after 4 days, their only saving grace was that they actually replaced the broken one after I sent a video to show it broken. After I received the new one, the other one that I ordered the first time also broke. I haven't even bothered putting batteries in the replacement that was sent. I'll just take it that I've lost the money that I paid for them. I don't know how this company that promises so much, but delivers so little, can be allowed to continue trading.

Load of rubbish does not work 3 brand new batteries in nothing do not buy

Rubbish waste of money. Broke really quickly. I thought I was buying for a UK company but judging by how long I waited I am doubtful.

Do not buy. If you are anything like me you will be reading this review by the times you’ve been scammed. I really hope you’re not. This is cheap Chinese rubbish. £5 would be too much for it.

It arrived with stuffing hanging out, unsewn and unsafe. I’ve added extra stuffing myself. It doesn’t breath, its an awful mechanism that within 5mins broke. Having read other reviews I’m not even going to attempt to get a refund and just write the £40 off. It’s not legit and I hope it’s investigated.

Like most I wish I had read the reviews. Conned into thinking it was a UK based company. Our Otter actually worked (albeit for the few times it was used). Customer service is appalling, not interested whatsoever!

I don't usually complain about things but I'm so disappointed with this Breathing Koala. Firstly, it took two weeks to arrive, then it came in a plastic bag and one of the screws was hanging out of the battery compartment. It doesn't look like the teddy in the picture. But the worst thing is that the sound it makes drowns out the sound of the breathing, so its completely useless! My daughter said it actually kept her awake, which is the opposite of why I got it for her in the first place.

The product arrived after 15 days, all the way from China. It is of very poor quality, made from chineseium, if you get my drift.

I cancelled my order and requested a refund after 2 weeks of ignored emails and no product.

The above was disregarded and the item was posted. When it finally arrived, the breathing otter was poorly packed without a box and was clearly a cheap fake. There was a screw sticking out the 'breathing' mechanism and exposed wires. Embarrassingly bad.

I asked for a refund and my email was ignored. I raised a dispute through my bank who reimbursed me.

Shameful seller, dangerous product. Avoid!

I should have checked all the bad reviews about Breathing Otter on Trustpilot before purchasing.

Not delivered in the promised time and therefore I cancelled the order. After several days I got no response and so contacted Breathing Otter again. Still no response. After several more days I was notified that the items has been sent out for delivery and just a few minutes later I received an email saying "Unfortunately this has been processed and cannot be cancelled".

I could not return the product.

Absolute joke of a company, bought one for my daughter for xmas. When arrived did not work. Contacted company who after numerous emails & video evidence of it not working was told replacement would be sent. They have since ignored all my emails & correspondence and no replacement has been sent. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely appalling.Please do not purchase it's a complete waste of money.Mine took two weeks to arrive, was really badly packaged and then never worked.It went to the dump.I doubt very much this is a UK company.

SCAM COMPANY!! Avoid at all costs!! I trusted this company as they claimed to be a UK based firm and delivery would be within 3-5 days. I ordered 3 weeks ago and still not received my order. The Evri tracking number still says “expecting parcel” - no updates for weeks. They do not respond to emails. Will be applying for a refund through my credit card company.

Item ordered over a month ago and still not received which is annoying as it was for a child’s birthday. Fortunately I paid with PayPal so raised a dispute and got an immediate refund. The company did not reply to my emails and like the other reviews this appears to be a scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered 2 teddies that were meant to arrive before xmas. Turned up after Christmas and both werent working. They will not provide a refund. Absolute scam, feel sick at the money I paid for them too.

This is a scam company with a scam website. They claim to be a UK company but are based in China. They use a UK email address, until you buy from them then you receive an international tracking number. When the goods are not as described, its not the UK that you return your order to for a refund, nope its China. They charge UK prices for a knockoff from China. Please DO NOT BUY from these clowns. I was sent faulty goods - the bear did not work and they will do anything to avoid providing a refund. They are also based in the USA despite having a UK website address.

Absolutely gutted. I brought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, I thought I would get it half price £26.99. Silly me. It came with with no battery pack back and even when batteries are in it doesn't seem to work. I emailed the company four times and have had no response. I wish I had read the reviews, I don't think it's fair that companies like this rip off people. £26.99 is a lot of money for a gift that doesn't work.
