My experience at the Breathwork Instructor Training was truly profound: filled with questions, reflections, gratitude, love, peace, and serenity. The professionalism of Johannes and the entire team was evident in every detail and at every moment. From the meals and the daily schedule to the seamless blend of theory, practice, and opportunities for us to guide sessions... everything was thoughtfully designed.

The location itself is breathtaking, surrounded by nature, silence, and mountains, creating the perfect environment for deep work and self-discovery. This was more than just a training — it was an investment in myself, and I came out feeling enriched, calmed and inspired.

I did my immersion training with breathless. The moment I walked into the space I felt I was in good hands Johanas and all the other facilitators made us feel so welcomed and took us on a journey that I will not forget for lifetime. Glad to have learned from very passionate and friendly people. This really sets me in a great path ahead to learn and explore more on breathwork. And the location and the food was incredible had a great weekend with lovely and inspiring people. The training happens at a place called The Shed in the mountains. But I call it healing heaven, you will feel the divine energy as you step in, you got to heal yourself before you heal others ❤️

You are never too old, and it’s never too late to chase your dreams, live life your way, and work on growing and bettering yourself.

Attending the Breathless Expedition Instructor Training was nothing short of transformative. The weekend was one of the most magical experiences I’ve had. It was immersive, hands on, and delivered with such depth and care. The facilitators created a space where I felt fully supported, both personally and professionally, which allowed me to engage with the content at a deeper level.

I joined Johannes and the Breathless team online for the Instructor Program, which has been both detailed and deeply informative, packed with science-based knowledge around breathwork. Just when I thought the course couldn’t get any better, I had the opportunity to travel to the foot of the mountains and immerse myself in the practical, face-to-face experience of living and learning breathwork directly with Johannes. It was truly a heartfelt experience that transformed 20 strangers into lifelong brothers and sisters.

Exactly one month ago, today, I finished the Breathless Expeditions retreat in the snowy mountains of Kosciuszko National Park. It is hard to put the thoughts and feelings I experienced that long weekend into words that will suffice. The retreat was impeccably organized with safety and comfort at its core. To allow you to dive deep, feel hard and challenge yourself in ways you didn’t think you could.
Johannes and his team truly cultivate a beautifully raw and deeply human connection, that is so rare in this technological society.
So if your hesitating, please bite the bullet and go.
It will be worth every cent, every moment of your time and energy. You wont regret it.
It will be an experience I will hold in my heart very dearly for years to come.

The 4 day expedition that I did with Breathless Expeditions recently was such an incredible experience.
