I was first introduced to BrewYork around 4 years ago, all I can say is they swiftly became my go to number 1 brewery. Absolutely fantastic customer service and superb delivery on orders. They have an unbelievable selection of brews that are in my opinion the best craft beer I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. The subscription box service is epic and if you aren’t already a member I suggest you became one immediately. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super friendly team, always happy to help and with such a passion for their product. I am a Drinking Outside The Box subscriber and every month is excellent, with the live YouTube tastings really adding to the experience.

I really can't fault them. On the odd occasion there has been a minor issue it has been dealt with very professionally and quickly.

I regularly buy from the shop and am a long-term subscriber to the Drinking outside the Box subscription. I've always been impressed with the core beer range and the specials are all brilliant and vastly different. Shipping and communication have always been prompt and when I've had a couple of queries the responses have been quick.

I have been a drinking outside the box subscriber for over a year now and I have enjoyed every minute of it. Great beers (many with an unusual twist) and good value for money. The box always arrives in good time for tasting sessions and it’s always fun to drink along with Wayne and Lee. The website is now also much improved which makes it easier to order all the lovely beers. I’d recommend ANY of the stouts, they’re all outstanding.

Excellent staff; fabulous range of ever evolving beers including core beers. Great venue been going since they opened. Online is great and always prompt. Love the merch!

First visited the tap room in York in 2017.. been a top fan ever since.. even a trip to BrewYork beer hall to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary!.. husband loves it so much he’s had their logo tattooed on his arm.. we both subscribe to the Drinking outside the Box which is full of new and exciting beers every month..accompanied by the YouTube live tasting nights it’s always an entertaining evening… BrewYork are an amazing brewery.. excellent customer service.. and fantastic beers.. 10/10

Just amazing! The beers are exceptional - if you like your craft then this is a place you cannot afford to miss. Beer hall and tap room are awesome venues with a great atmosphere and fantastic street food. Would recommend 100%

Quality beers. Always good customer service. I had an issue with one delivery which had been damaged in transit. Beers were replaced within a few days.

I have been a fan of Brew York for 4 years now and i'm a Drinking Outside The Box subscriber. They produce a large range of beer to suit all tastes and bring out different variations throughout the year making them one of the most diverse brewery in the UK.
They have recently updated their online shopping website which makes ordering easy. Deliveries are excellent and they respond quickly to emails.
The taproom is a real credit to them and the staff are friendly. I would highly recommend going there.

The beer is nice but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone either over the telephone or on email. Avoid online ordering

Update in response to Brewyork.. 48 hours later no response to email and the phone number still connects to online sales and doesn’t mention that they have no phone.
