Brian Gavin Diamonds Avis

Brian and his team has done it again!! My 5 stone trellis ring turned out beautifully!! The diamonds and the setting are absolutely gorgeous. This was a long time in the making and I’m so thrilled to finally have it on my finger. Thank you Brian and your team for always doing a fabulous job. I now have to find a new project to work on!! Looking forward to more bling in the near future. :)

Staff was very friendly with great communication and feedback. One area that could be better is the website for screening engagement rings, search perimeters were lacking.

Timely. Thoughtful follow up. Beautiful heirloom. Very Happy.

I could not have asked for better help than Emily provided. She quickly responded to my many questions and handled any concerns with warm, heartfelt responses. I was hesitant to make such a big purchase and she stayed calmly supportive throughout the weeks-long process - going out of her way to send alternative options and additional images. She brought a great deal of comfort to most important purchase of my life and the diamond is stunning! I could not be happier with the process and result.

Katie was so helpful and my new BG Premium Lab diamond studs are so sparkly! Would highly recommend BG and have done so to several friends already.

Excellent experience thanks to Katie H. We will shop here again.

Excellent customer service!

I had the most wonderful experience working with Lesley and Katie to create our engagement ring. Even though I was abroad, they patiently walked me through every step, ensuring I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. Together, we selected a breathtaking diamond and the perfect setting — the finished ring is nothing short of extraordinary.
I am absolutely overjoyed with Brian Gavin Diamonds and would wholeheartedly describe them as the Rolls-Royce of the diamond industry. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning.

The diamond ring and band were absolutely stunning. Brian Gavin customer service was amazing as well.

Emily was great to work with and answered all my questions and concerns. Emily helped me decided between a variety of stones giving me her honest opinion by what she was able to see in person and not what was written in the grading report. She guided me toward a stone I was hesitant about, but assured me I would be happy once I got the stone in hand. She was indeed correct!

Fast and secure shipping. They shipped my item within one business day.

Great customer service from the time I started looking until I received the product.

The delivery was quick and the Quality of the Ring is phenomal.

I received the absolute best customer service from Emily Johnson! Among many other things, she arranged for me to talk to Brian Gavin, who was also an interesting and very impressive person....and he patiently answered my questions and provided great insight with respect to diamonds.

Five months after the purchase of a phenomenal Black by Brian Gavin diamond for my then-fiancée (now wife), not a week goes by without a friend, family or stranger(!) raving about it's fire and brilliance!

I am so pleased with my experience working with the Brian Gavin team! Emily was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect pair of diamond studs for an earring set. Her knowledge and impeccable Customer Service is outstanding. These earrings are stunning! Thank you!

Most importantly, the ring (Juno with a 3kt premium lab diamond) came out beautifully. Sparkle is insane. Also, helpful customer service over the phone when ordering and when the ring was being shipped.

I felt safe buying from Brian Gavin. I did a lot of research and customers and reviewers from many sites recommended Brian Gavin. My bracelet is simply stunning. Every day when I glance at my wrist I am as happy as the first time I saw the bracelet.
