We have requested some further information from you so that we can look into your concerns and assist you further, but we have been unable to find any previous correspondence with our customer service team regarding this issue.
We appreciate that choosing the right size online can sometimes be challenging, which is why we provide detailed size guides for all our products and our team is always happy to offer further guidance and support when needed.

Having now been able to locate your order, we can see that your return was received, but unfortunately we didn't receive any correspondence through our customer service portal, so we weren't aware of the issues you encountered or given the opportunity to help.

Great team
I order through school to buy extra spare uniform for our stock and i must say that all the staff at Brigade are 100% supportive and bend over backwards to help beyond their requirements.
They have been so helpful every time I have asked for help outside of the norm.

Leavers hoodie
Leavers hoodie, Poorly made! Not sure how the printing will last in the wash ! The size is very interesting 🧐 so if ordering go a lot bigger as we now have a very distraught yr 6 child who’s hoodie won’t last her 2 months 🥲

I experienced a delay with my delivery
I experienced a delay with my delivery, and after reaching out to the company, they discovered the courier had likely lost the parcel. While the delivery hitch was annoying, the customer service was great. They were incredibly polite, and immediately dispatched a replacement order as a priority. I highly appreciate how quickly I received my order after reaching out.

Fantastic customer service from Elle
Having ordered and received a leavers hoodie for my son in year 6, found that the hoodie didn’t fit and had a very unhappy son. I contacted customer services and had a reply from Elle who opened the link online so I could reorder a bigger size. I also sent the hoodie back to them as it didn’t measure up to the dims and they confirmed it was too short, and issued a refund. Elle was fantastic, was very prompt with replies and so helpful, was such a pleasant experience. Thank you Elle!

Excellent service with perosnal approach

She deserves a promotion, bonus or pay rise
Kelly has gone above and beyond any expectations of customer service expected in today’s climate. It appeared after COVID we stopped helping each other as we learnt to “survive lockdown” as single enteritis and poor customer service is not something we are surprised by, but quite the opposite.
I would highly recommend you do everything within your capacity to keep Kelly as a member of your team as she has been phenomenal in what is such a simple task for others - but such a complex one for someone who has necrotic brain tissue and cancerous brain tissues. I cannot put into words, and you’ll never be able to fathom the help Kelly has been this week. As my late Dad would have said “she’s a good egg that one”.
