No mess.
Able to give informed opinion on the boiler and any replacement in the future.
Very local office. Trustworthy as we have used them in the oast and will do so again

I called in an emergency and a lovely lady took my call straight away and sent someone that afternoon. Great service, quick, efficient and really helpful - plus they didn't over charge me ! The plumber (Paul) who arrived was fantastic too

Worcester/Bosch and Safe Gas have…
Worcester/Bosch and Safe Gas have between them given me 12 years trouble-free heating and hot water. An annual service seems to be a key ingredient, and the engineers who visit are always friendly and seem to have a detailed understanding of my combination boiler. One day no doubt we'll be pressed to install air heat pumps, but combination boilers are a hard act to follow on cost and reliability.

Immersion Heater Repair
Attending staff were both competent and professional.
Breakdown in internal office communications caused a delay between temporary fix (first visit - 30/05/23) and final completion fix (second visit - 06/06/23).
Labour charges excessive:
First visit £96.00 understandable and accepted
Second visit - £96.00 for first 30 minutes is considered expensive but accepted. Additional £96.00 for next hour or part hour (32 mins) was considered unacceptable but begrudgingly accepted.
